The clerks that work at the Marlton store are rude and obnoxious. They are a poor reflection of a relatively good brand Pandora. They do not stand behind their 30 day return policy and they are actually argumentative and accusatory. Our daughter bought 2 rings just 2 days ago and they claimed one had a scratch and one wasn’t as shiny as it was 2 days ago. She literally wore them for no more than an hour when she decided she wanted to exchange them for a bracelet. Worst customer service we have ever experienced ANYWHERE!Thankfully the 1-800 customer service representatives do offer good customer service and took care of us. Pandora should be ashamed of the staff at the Marlton location. No one from my family will ever step foot in that store again.

The amount of money my family and I have spent at Pandora, and this location alone is SICKENING. I have three FULL bracelets, a bunch of rings, earrings and necklaces. So I am a good customer right? Well I guess not to them! January 13th, 2024 I called the Marlton store and spoke to Diane about an unfortunate incident about me losing a ring that was gifted to me. Obviously I couldn’t get a new one for free, I’ve had it for years, so I was prepared to pay full price. On the phone I told her I was in a rush but I could stop by quickly to try it on to see if it fits because I was passing by. Usually when I walk into Pandora I’m greeted, or the workers are multitasking with multiple customers, that was just not the case that day. I was standing there for ten- fifteen minutes, still no one greeted me or helping me. Then I notice Diane because I’ve been in store many many times. I GREETED HER and asked her if there’s any way I can just see if the ring fits really quick, I was the girl that just called that’s in a rush. Without even getting my full sentence out, there were two elderly women next to me talking over me saying “we were first we are first we were first”. Honestly talking like elementary school children in a lunch line. Then Diane proceeded to cut me off, disregarded everything I had said, and told me I needed to “wait my turn”, even though she told me on the phone I could try it on really quick. Not to mention again, every time I go in Pandora, their staff is multitasking with numerous customers, so I assumed there was no line. It is just incredibly interesting, and disgusting to me, the ONE TIME I don’t walk in the store with my Louis Vuitton bag, no makeup, and I’m in my gym clothes, I get treated like I can’t buy what I’m walking in there for!!! Most definitely never going to this location again!?

So we ordered 5 charms online and a necklace and had to pick another charm up in person. All gifts for our daughter 30th Birthday. Orders on line didn't come in a box as a gift especially around the holidays. So I came in got the charm and paid for a few boxes for our daughter gifts. The young lady was helpful on explaining the online ordering, and was polite and kind. I appreciate your kindness and for teaching me a few things. Which is good to know about how things work at Pandora. It was a beautiful gift from our Granddaughters to their Aunt Tracy.

Thank you to Jessica Z! She was super sweet and took her time showing me a variety of jewelry. Conversation was great. She was so patient with me - I can be pretty indecisive! She made great suggestions too! I came in wanting a ring, bracelet, and a charm. I ended up leaving with two rings, a bracelet, and a charm that I love!! Thank you!

Sales professionals were kind and friendly. The store had a lot to choose from and I was surprised at the huge collection of marvel hero charms. I definitely am making this my Pandora store.

I have to say, bad customer service!!!!! I was there last night. I exchanged an over $300 order and actually paid more than the original purchase and I wasn’t given the gift with purchase. A gift that any purchase was entitled to. NO minimum purchase. I was told my purchase was a “previous purchase”. I live in Hammonton, not exactly close. It didn’t make sense to return the items and go back at another time. If I did, I probably wouldn’t have made a purchase at the store! Wouldn’t it have made more sense to just give me the “gift”, and make me happy? Whether it be store or corporate policy it’s bad for business!!!!! When so many people are making purchases online, and brick and mortar stores are closing all the time it seems silly. My salesperson was very nice and friendly and only doing her job.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Told them exactly what pieces I was looking for, and they were able to pull them out for me. Purchase and payment were quick and easy. Erin also wrapped my charms with care and made the package look beautiful.

The size of my Pandora ring I bought a week ago was small, I went to change it with a bigger one, and there are scratches on the ring that I only used once, I was sent back saying I would not change it with another one. He also gave advice that I had to go to the place where I bought it and try it, and I didn't like the attitude of the employee at all. I love you Pandora but I wish your employees could be as bright and understanding as you ???

I went in to pick up an online order and ended up buying more things. Naomi was very attentive and helpful. I took the trip from Philly and highly recommend and would do it again. When you get there make sure you ask for Naomi!

As soon as I entered the store, I was told that someone would be right over to help. I waited and a woman came out but did not come up to help me. I was the only one in the store so I had approached her for help finding a set of earrings that the pandora website said they had in stock. She then started looking for similar options and told me she would show me them, but never brought them over to me. She had told me the earrings I was looking for were out of stock, even though I saw they had them in the store after she decided to stop helping me. I thanked her and as I walked out, neither her nor her coworker she was talking to had acknowledged I was leaving. Save your time and just order online.
