“Exceptional Experience with Shay, the Phlebotomist at LabCorp in Walgreens, Mount Laurel, NJI recently discovered the hidden gem of LabCorp located inside the Walgreens in Mount Laurel, NJ. This place is truly a best-kept secret. I was pleasantly surprised by how long it has been there, and yet, I had just found out about it. The convenience is unparalleled – with no lines, minimal wait time, and the ability to schedule appointments online, it stands out as a hassle-free medical testing experience.But the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the phlebotomist, Shay. From the moment I met her, Shay's pleasant attitude and demeanor were evident. She exuded professionalism and friendliness, making me feel at ease instantly. However, what really set Shay apart was her exceptional skill in blood drawing. I have had numerous blood tests in the past, but never have I encountered such a seamless and pain-free experience. I literally felt nothing during the procedure – no pinch, no pressure, nothing. It was the first time I ever had a blood draw where I did not feel a thing.Shay's remarkable technique and her warm, reassuring presence made my visit not just tolerable, but genuinely pleasant. “I had a WONDERFUL experience just now. My doctor ordered 32ish blood tests (sorry, I wasn’t fully aware, when I stopped in). Queenie took care of me with a smile on her face the entire time with the upmost patience and care! I expressed concern for having so much blood drawn at once because I did pass out during a blood donation before (which of course is even more blood). Aisha the other lab tech offered me water and was also extremely caring. She also showed excellent teamwork and offered assisting Queenie with labeling my millions of blood tubes! Queenie brought me to a separate room to lay down for my blood draw and allowed me a couple of breaks (since my veins decided to stop giving blood). Like I said, I have never seen a lab tech so incredibly patient with me before. My experience ending in a hug from Queenie! Thank you so much Queenie and Aisha! I will definitely come back here as long as you both are here!!! ❤️”

“I know a lot of people have had problems with Persante in the past, but my experience was far different. I had a sleep study at Jefferson Hospital Cherry Hill last night. The facility was newly furnished (even with spring water for evening ablutions). The technician, Chris was very pleasant, personable, and very capable. He answered all my questions, was attentive to my needs, explained the procedure and the need for it, and as a result I had the best sleep I have had in the five sleep studies I have had over the years. I highly recommend Jefferson Cherry Hill as a sleep study center with Chris as technician.”
“I was a bit concerned about the low reviews at first but then realized that most of the negative reviews were years old. I arrived as a walk-in ( no appointment) at 9am on a weekday and was pleasantly surprised to see only several people ahead of me. The staff was personable and professional and the facility was clean and organized. I had a great experience ( much better than the Labcorp in my area) . I felt it was important to let people know that the low review score is misleading, and I will continue to travel 25 min to this location in the future.”
“This was the fastest I have ever been in and out of a lab place ever! I needed a rabies titer for school but as a student who also works having any sort of availability to make it to these types of places before they close is near impossible! I got so lucky heading over before class and was still on time for school!”

“Minimal wait time for appointment. Doctors answer questions and provide information about patient concerns. Parking in front is tight, more parking in back of building but sometimes very few parking spots available. Lab and most routine xrays can be done at same location which makes it easier then having to go to a different facility for tests. Other tests like MRI or ultrasound must be scheduled by appointment but routine xrays do not need appts”

“I always make an appointment on the quest app and sign up for text messaging. Works well to check in on arrival. The personnel are always pleasant and professional. Every time I am there they are dealing with angry, impatient men that come in without appointments and curse at them. It is so disgusting that men speak to women like this. Last time a man even opened the door to laboratory and actually walked in to lab room while I was having blood drawn!”

“I came here early on a Friday morning and parking was easy and plentiful. They have one kiosk that worked just fine for me. No issues creating in. I had the pleasure of getting the phlebotomist, Chanel. She's great! Normally I'm a hard stick, but she got it on the first go. She was pleasant and good at her job. A+ Chanel! You rocked it! Thank you.”
“There weren't any appointment slots closer to home so I chose this location. It's located in a huge, vacant looking building. My son easily checked in on the kiosk. He was seated for less than five minutes when he was called back. My son said that both technicians were really nice. The whole visit was only approximately 20 minutes.”
“Tamika the lab tech at this location is amazing. I was concerned because my doctor told me not to fast for my type of blood work but in the check in it was asking me if I fasted. She put me at ease. Greeted me my name and made sure I was comfortable. I do not do well with needles and I explained my needs to her which were not to see the needle puncture my skin but to give me a play by play of everything she was doing. She was so sweet and didn’t make me feel silly. I was out and done in minutes.”
“Excellent service at all locations( I've been to several) except the one on Evesham Road in Voorhes. At that one, the staff ignored me for an hour and a half. When they finally took me back at 11:30am, one phlebotomist was eating a sandwich and two others were having a conversation. I've never waited more than 15 minutes in any other location.”
“i love romanye's work she is not rude like other staffs some staff there are really loud just like the name vivian i think that is how you spell her name but she is pretty loud and sounds rude one of the girls with red hair i think she is Puerto Rican she is calm and nice it's just the other girl name vivian”
