I can’t say enough good things about this practice! They were so wonderful to my fur babies, Riley and Peanut, for the respective 13 and 10 years that I had each dog. Dr. Luke was the only vet I ever trusted their care with, as he’s always been professional, compassionate, and honest. Riley and Peanut passed away within five months of each other last year (2023), and everyone in this office signed two beautiful cards that I was sent after I lost each pet. I will hold onto those cards forever, because they truly speak to how incredible the staff here is! Thank you again to Dr. Luke & the rest of the MAH staff for all you’ve done❤️- Marisa Ashton

I’ve been bringing my babies here for 14 years. Dr Luke is an amazing vet! I trust him with their lives and he’s saved them on numerous occasions. Very knowledgeable.

I honestly don’t write reviews but I had to for this place… let me just start off by saying thank you to everyone’s patience & understanding from the staff. Unfortunately, I only remember the Dr’s name Jordan G. & one of the nurses ? Stephanie.. and I unfortunately cannot remember the other girls name & everyone else but they were ALL super comforting… since I came in devastated on a Saturday night over one of my birdies passing Pelé … sadly the other blue baby bird Chona past the next day.. I am so grateful for them… and I wish I could live closer to their center because without a doubt I would only be visiting them. I would definitely recommend anyone who is searching for a vet to come here. The staff is wonderful. Thank you once again. ❤️

Most caring veterinarians and staff I have ever come across. Have used them for over 18 years now.

Very disappointed in this place. They are a very fine practice with a few rude workers who unfortunately ruined our whole experience, and as a result, we will not be back.In short, I heard a receptionist speak over the phone in a completely unacceptable way. Im not sure if this person was already having a bad day, or if our decision on our dog’s medicine was affecting her pay, but she was speaking to a patient in a way that I personally think is unacceptable.Unfortunately, this person’s negative and disgusting tone was enough for my girlfriend and I to decide to take our dog elsewhere. I was honestly appalled just by the way she was speaking to a patient. It was hard to listen to, and I’m sure we can find a place that will give us the same good care that we received, minus the super bitter employee.

We had our small dog Tina who was 13 lbs put down and group cremated. The cost was $360 which seems very steep for a small dog like Tina. It did seem quick and painless for her and they had a blanket on the table for her when she went

Dr. Luke is wonderful and an excellent vet!Unfortunately, he has some very rude staff who are inconsiderate of our time. We are no longer willing to wait 45 minutes to an hour past our appointment time and to add to it to receive such rude service from the front desk. There are two ladies at the front desk that are particularly rude and abrasive, "Kat" is one and the old hag is the other - fire both of them, just trash.

Had to bring my cat charl hear multiple times because he's super sick and the first time we brought him the doctor was able to pick up on a lot of issues the useless techs at redbank weren't able to. They've given us a very comprehensive plan for charl and under their care he's improved by leaps and bounds! Worth the mention the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. If you have to take your animal anywhere it should be here.

I’m sorry to say that if I ever got another pet I would not use this animal hospital. I had a long history, with them and many things have changed over the years with this place. I must say Dr Luke did an excellent job with my dogs, he was always compassionate and took good care of them, that is, if you could get through the “gatekeeper” who answers the phone. She is rude and has no compassion for pets or people. When my dog was the sickest, she couldn’t “fit us in” and I went to Mt Laurel Hospital where my 6 pound yorkie spent three days there and they saved her life. Another time when my dog needed to see the vet, this same woman told me she couldn’t “fit us in” and gave me an appt 10 days out! Unacceptable ! And yesterday when my 17 year old yorkie needed them, we needed to put her down, this same woman told me, they “couldn’t fit us in”. Where is the loyalty to a twenty two year client? I didn’t want special treatment, I know other pets are just as important but we were losing our beloved pet and I wanted Dr Luke to see her and give me comfort in knowing we were making the right decision. She told me Dr Luke would call when he got in. I never got a call. I , again went to Mt Laurel Hospital where I cried and kissed our baby goodbye after 17 years. They were compassionate and loving. I would never recommend Marlton animal hospital to anyone. Ever!

Dr. Luke and Jeremy are great but there were mistakes made with medication for my dog over the years . The woman who runs the front office is rude and has no compassion for animals or people. They can never "fit you in" and several times I had to go elsewhere. I have been taking my two dogs there for over twenty years, the business was bought and things changed. My dog was dying, they couldn't see her, I went elsewhere. Mt Laurel hospital saved her life. Yesterday We had to put her down after 17 years, this same woman told me they were too busy today" "couldn't fit us in"!!! Who does that?? We were putting our 6 pound yorkie down, she couldn't walk, breath, wasn't eating , it was pathetic, and they couldn't " fit her in". Unacceptable!

When you are a new client you get immediate appointments, once you become a client good luck getting appointments. If you try to transfer your service elsewhere, they will say they will release you but when the other vets office contacts, they wont allow the transfer.

I went to this place because they had a vet there that was really good with my mother's dog. I put my dog on a diet and just went there to see if i was doing the right thing and she was getting the right nutrition. The vet there took blood. Then I find out my baby girl is going to be dead in a couple of months and they wanted more blood work. Now the first blood work cost me 600 bucks and they wanted to have another 600 bucks for more blood work. I said I just came in for a check up on her diet. I said forget it and he said my dog will be dead in 2 months. well, I went back to my old vet (she is far because I moved but worth it) she looked at the blood work and didn't see anything. So, I collected he urine for a week and turned it in and she said my dog is fine. it's been almost 3 years and she is doing great and not dead...

We've had Marseille our black kitty for 7 years and cannot say enough great things about the doctors and staff...especially PJ who is so caring and utterly committed. My daughter and Marseille now live in Roanoke...he's visiting and we got a second opinion from our favorite vet team right here in Marlton!! That's how much we love them.
