I came here for some blood work ordered by my doctor. I had to immediately pay $150 and sign a document before any work would be done. A few weeks later I received a bill in the mail for an additional $377. My insurance did not cover it. I don’t understand how you can charge over $500 for some blood work. That is an outrageous price. I was not told the cost in advance. I messaged their chat asking for an adjustment and they told me to kick rocks. This is not a reasonable price for healthcare, this whole system is broken and you are part of the problem.

Had an appointment with them today for the bloodwork.The check-in was super easy, all I needed to bring was my DL and got checked-in into the system in few seconds.They're very professionals 10/10 for that.

Marlton is supposed to be open till 2:30. I arrived at 2:10. Door was locked and lobby lights out. Employee was at her desk so I knocked on the door. She ignored me. Sliding glass was open and she could clearly hear me. Finally at 2:20 she looked in my direction after my 4th knock but did not acknowledge then looked back at me a second time. Continued to ignore me. I finally left at 2:25.

The staff were really friendly, I checked in quickly and there was no wait. The staff who did my blood draw was amazing, and I had several vials drawn. She was super fast and made the whole process as painless as possible!

We just got lab work done for our 1 year old and the ladies there are all wonderful. Terri M. Did the blood draw and was AMAZING. No tears when the needle when in and kept baby calm the whole time. Would recommend her to anyone with young children needing blood work.

Everyone had hard time to take my blood out wherever I go. I always expected several people will try taking blood from my arm. However, Terri did it in once! Amazing! she is very kind and have a beautiful smile.
