We purchased a recliner more than 10 years ago and needed to find a replacement. Our local store in Voorhees was able to identify our model and helped us find a new recliner- all in less than an hour. Wonderful, friendly, no pressure service.

I own 2 La-Z-Boy sofas. One is 25 years old and other than a little thread wear in one small spot, works as good as the day I bought it. I can't recommend them tonight.
I can only give 4 stars for the high cost however.
Wait for those sales and it makes it worth it.
