Andi with the British accent is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The company should be ashamed of who they employ. We purchased a chair through them and one of them is defective and after speaking with customer service who told us to have the store accept the return, Andi denied our return and gave us some ridiculous excuse. Buyer beware... this place is a total joke!!!!

The workers in here are rude and unhelpful. Would rather go to Home Goods a couple stores down where everyone is super sweet and the stuff is cuter :D

They have lots of beautiful and cute decor. It's very spread out. I'm not a fan of all the fragrances. It made me cut my visit short.

I don't understand why every employee in every Kirklands is so rude. I've been to Marlton and Deptford in the past two months and the dismissive, rude, nature of every employee is unacceptable. Do they train you to be this way? Do you hate your job? Or do you just hate the customers? You should be lucky you even have a job in retail this day and age, let alone customers that come in to shop. Maybe it's just me... but between the rudeness of the staff and the poor quality of their items, I will no longer be a customer.
