After looking for Joanne, I finally found her at this location. The location is cute and relaxing…the staff has great synergy and is very inclusive of their clients. Per usual, Joanne does an amazing job!!! I’ve been getting my nails done by Joanne for over 5 years!!!Services: Nail art

My experience at the nail salon was quite disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked professionalism. The nail technician rushed through the service, resulting in a sloppy and uneven manicure. The overall hygiene of the salon wasn't excellent, and the tools appeared unclean. I left unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone seeking a quality nail care experience. I was also overcharged by $8.00

This was honestly one of the best nail salons i’ve been to. My boyfriend has went to Diane for a little bit now, and he recommended me to her. I had no worries because his gel manicure always looks amazing, and Diane was the sweetest. They take their time, and Diane is very particular with her work. I’ve never been happier with a place. I’ve lived in marlton for 15+ years & finally found a salon i’m happy with.Service: Dip powder

Me and my bestfriend went here and everytime we go we LOVE our nails. They are very patient and talented! Highly recommend getting an appointment and not be mean to them!! They are too kind!! They take a lot of time shaping your nails and making sure they are perfect for you. So many colors to choose from and they are willing to work with you to make sure your nails are exactly how you want them. Me and my bestie got the gel x sets and they are so good and strong. Never disappointed when we go. They accept Apple Pay and Venmo for tips.Services: Nail designs

I made an appointment for 5pm to have my thumb nail fixed and just color change. When I came in I signed in and then a woman came to me and I told her I made an appointment for polish change and just one mail fix. So the guy comes over and grabbed both of my hands and then said pick a color so I said okay and walked where he told to sit down at. He started working on my nails taken the color off and then started on my mail that needed fixing. Once he finished the broken nail he goes to the bathroom and it’s not that loud in there. I heard him flush the toilet and came right out the bathroom without washing his hands and he grabbed my hands to start coloring them and they were very much dry as hell. I felt very disgusted and didn’t want to cause a seen. Once he was done he said 30 dollars and I paid and left quietly. I will not be returning back.Service: Polish removal

It's a hit or miss. I've been to this place 3 times. The first time I went, Diane did my nails and she did such a great job that I booked her for my 2nd appointment. During my 2nd appointment, Diane was still working on another customer so they asked if I could be seen by someone else. I agreed and was seen by an older tech who was so nice and also did a really great job on my nails. I naively thought that everyone at Kiora could do no wrong that when I went a 3rd time, I had no preference as to who was going to do my nails. So I was seen by a male tech (perhaps the only one there) and, unfortunately, he nicked both of my ring fingers. He put some type of ointment which I think numbed the pain because when I took a shower that night, my fingers felt so painful. The pain lasted a couple of days and they have now scabbed. I get my nails done regularly so I have been nicked before but never this painful nor to the point where it would even scab. When it was time to pay at the counter, he gave me hand lotion and cuticle oil (the cuticle oil pen doesn't work btw) and said it was a holiday giveaway but I'm a bit skeptical if that was really a holiday giveaway they were all doing or an apology for nicking me. I'm due to get my nails done again next week but I'm a bit traumatised to get them done at all.

I've been here on and off for many years. Have never had this bad of an experience here or any other nail salon. I asked for my tipped/dipped nails to be shorter not completely to my natural nail length. Not only do they look terrible but cuticles weren't trimmed yet they were cut by the file and bleeding on two fingers. If you need your nails looking great don't come here. Save your money and find another salon.Service: Dip powder

For my first time being their customer it wasn't a bad experience. The only con I have is my nail tech wasn't fully invested into having a conversation with me or particularly helpful with my colors. I do appreciate her cleaning up my cuticles, the neat snowflake drawling and attentive to my shape. I would have gave this salon a 4 if maybe I was able to tune out their conversations on the side, as suppose I am Vietnamese myself and understood them. Other than that, overall ok experience, price was a tad bit high, I wouldn't be back. Thanks for taking me in during the holiday season Kiora Nails!

I’ve been coming to Kiora since moving to Marlton and have had nothing but great appointments with my tech, Jessica. She’s thorough, makes sure to check in to make sure that I like how things are looking, the sweetest to talk to, and remembers details about me which makes me feel cared for as a client. I’m happy I can show her any inspiration photo and she does her best to recreate it. The salon is also very clean and taken care of. If you’re on the fence about coming here, definitely pay them a visit!

This place is horrible. The staff/management is very RUDE and NASTY and just money hungry. Never will I recommend this place to anyone!!! They reserve about an hour and 15 mins to do a full set and just speed through everything doing a half a** job. Don’t you dare tell them they placed the nail on crooked because they’ll consider you hard to “please”…if they have to redo something. I’m paying for a service (which isn’t cheap to begin with) I think I have the right to tell them if something didn’t look right! (Especially when it takes literally 3 seconds to fix) who are they to say differently! If they weren’t rushing through it to begin with, it wouldn’t be an issue. Jackie in particular is just the rudest and thinks just be she’s the manager or whoever that she can just talk to people however she feels like. Too bad I can’t give them 0 stars.Service: Acrylic nails

I made an appointment for a Dip manicure for my first visit here as I am new to the area. I was greeted immediately and sat in the massage waiting chair for a few minutes as my technician (Tracy) finished up with her previous customer. I received the BEST dip manicure, so meticulous and my nails came out really nice. I asked if she had time for a pedicure and I am so thankful she did. Tracy suggested the deluxe pedicure and it was 10/10 worth every penny (not expensive either!) the double massage, hot stones, everything. I will absolutely be back, thank you!Services: Pedicure
