This gym is cool. Nice size, not overly crowded. I like this place because it's a no nonsense gym. Go in work out go home. Staff is pretty friendly and the price is reasonable. I like that you can bring a guess for $5 or even if your not a member you can drop in for good work out. Equipment is great too. Check it out.

I’ve been going to this gym for at five years. Not only does it help me physically but it certainly helps me mentally feel more relaxed, learn a lot by listening to other people and it seems nobody judges each other! we’re all just one group of people that are trying to learn and do better For ourselves.Honestly, this gym is Very in expensive but “Top notch “trainers. I will give it a thumbs up

Kinetics 360 at the Firm is a welcoming and clean gym. The staff and other members are all friendly. This is the first gym I’ve felt like I belong. This is also the first trainer that has worked with me in a personalized way while caring about my well-being as much as the workout. I would trust no one else. Jared has knowledge to work through medical and health issues while encouraging along the way.

I have been working out in a gym for the last seven years. Kinetics 360 at the firm is a highly functional, friendly and awesome gym to work out in. There is state of the art equipment to use, open space and a friendly approachable staff. I especially enjoy Saturday morning Sweat Class with Jared. We all work hard, have fun and enjoy all of Jared’s workouts!! This gym meets all my needs and helps me keep myself as healthy and fit as I can!! Come try it out... it’s great!!

I am a Physical Therapist and I am a huge advocate for healthy living by default. I used to go to the gym faithfully and crush my personal bests at set intervals. I loved it. I was in the best shape of my life. Unfortunately, as often happens with many people, life changed. And with my financial and scheduling burdens I was no longer able or even motivated to work out the way I loved. I gained weight. I became weaker. My healthy food intake turned into an episode of diners drive ins and dives on a loop. I gained more weight.

I am a Physical Therapist and I am a huge advocate for healthy living by default. I used to go to the gym faithfully and crush my personal bests at set intervals. I loved it. I was in the best shape of my life. Unfortunately, as often happens with many people, life changed. And with my financial and scheduling burdens I was no longer able or even motivated to work out the way I loved. I gained weight. I became weaker. My healthy food intake turned into an episode of diners drive ins and dives on a loop. I gained more weight. When I tried to return to the gym I injured myself....multiple times..aaaaand gained more weight aaaand got weaker. I decided to work out with a trainer to try to motivate me and keep me on track. But I became bored and unimpressed with my workouts with minimal gains. I tried quite a few trainers but it was still more of the same. Until one day I came upon Kinetics 360 at The Firm when driving by the complex and decided to call. After discussing my concerns and goals with Jared, I immediately felt at ease. From my first session I was impressed. He is very knowledgeable, motivating, and creative with his workouts. Each workout is different and challenging. The sessions are affordable and you even have access to the full gym to workout on other days on your own if you so choose. I recommend him to my patients that are finishing up their Physical Therapy and are looking to continue to gain strength and mobility. I highly recommend him for all fitness levels whether you are needing to get back into shape, trying to fine tune your performance, or you are completely new to the exercise world!

I've never considered myself much of a gym person, as I had always found then intimidating. Recently, I'd been motivated to start taking better care of myself. The Firm is a quick 5 minute drive from my house, so I decided to check it out. I ended up signing up for the 6th month introductory trainer package.

Jared and the rest of the staff are great and super accommodating. I would recommend Jared and Kinetics 360 to anybody, especially beginners like myself who need to be pushed without feeling intimidated.

The Firm is an excellent gym. The staff and trainers are friendly, the hours are good and there is a good amount and variety of equipment without feeling overwhelming. The gym is very affordable compared to local gyms. The Firm sets a very comfortable environment, does not feel intimidating like some other gyms. I have been seeing Sarah as a trainer for a few weeks, she is great. Sarah is very friendly, knowledgeable, and her workouts are great. She puts thought into your training and helps you achieve your goals. I have felt stronger and more confident since going to this gym and working with Sarah!

Kinetics 360 at the Firm is great local gym. This is definitely not a chain operation and they work with no contract. Prices are very reasonable. I've been working with Sarah as my trainer and have been very pleased. They also allow drop-ins for $5 so it's nice to be a to check it out.

Jared is an amazing trainer. I have been training with him for over a year now and my strength and endurance have greatly improved. I look forward to my workouts with him 2x a week. Once a month, my friend and I even “partner train” with Jared.
