Horrible experience. No one wants to actually work at this location. We went to get fitted 3 different times at this location and no one could fit us. They told us to come back tomorrow several times as they had no customers and 3 employees. The older white man said he would fit us as we waited 30 minutes before the black lady with colored hair screamed out “I can’t believe they think we are fitting them 2.5 hrs before close” than the older white guy said we have to come back tomorrow again. Thank God for Cherryhill because Marlton is an absolute DISGRACE!

Horrible experience!! Three of us came to this location at 715pm they close at 9 pm only two customers in the store one which was at the register checking out and the other was getting fitted was told after waiting for a half an hour that it would take too long to be sized for a Tux because they only have two people working the gentlemen seemed like he wanted to help us but the woman with the rainbow hair kept making remarks to him and us that she didn’t want to do her job she very rude and not personable by no means idk how they have people working g here like this good thing it’s a franchise otherwise they wouldn’t be here do yourself a favor and go somewhere smaller that will give you a better service

Purchased 2 suites for a special occasion and the staff was excellent. They provided guidance on finding the right fit and provided a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend

I have purchased numerous garments from this retail line over the years and was always satisfied with the top notch customer service and durability of the clothes. A lot of which seem to have timeless style. However lately the quality seems a bit lacking.

Weird experience. We came in for a white shirt for my boyfriend. We walked in and there were 3 workers chatting in the back and none of them even acknowledged us. My boyfriend was looking for help and I was walking around the store and 2 different employees walked past me and didn’t say a thing. We were the only 2 people in the store. Someone else walked in and they acknowledged them and still hadn’t acknowledged us until I asked for help. Wouldn’t shop here unless we had to.

Have been a loyal customer for 25+ years, but the quality is now horrible. Bought 3 custom made suits. Material seemed fine when selecting a swatch, but once made they are terrible. Stiff and show creases immediately after a drive in the car from sitting. Bought traveler shirts which were always top quality. Now the buttons on the arms come undone constantly and the collars are already turning up at the tips - never had that problem in all the years of purchasing the same shirts. Had a gift credit and purchased several golf shirts. Once washed the collars look like distorted material attached to the shirt. I spent over $2K and the only thing that was high quality was the shoe horn that I purchased. I will never, ever shop at Jos A. Bank again.

Worst place to go when looking for a suit. They have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to measurements and they will always walk you to the most expensive suit instead of helping you find the best for you.

This was our first time renting a tux, and it was a pretty bad experience overall. We went to Jos A. Bank based off a recommendation, but I would not return to this Marlton location. The man behind the counter was extremely condescending and rude from the beginning. We felt that our sale did not matter, and he made rude comments throughout the experience that made us feel uncomfortable. Not only did he talk down to us, he would ask what felt the most comfortable and then explain why we were wrong.Another couple was there to set up their groomsman suits, and our salesman spoke over them, and completely took over their space as well. If I were the couple, I would have left and looked for another option.I’m not one to leave a bad review, but the entire experience did not set well with me. I would not recommend this location.

I went to the Marlton Jos A Bank looking for seven outfits, and Luke helped me out. He made putting together outfits feel like a magic show, i had so much fun seeing how different colors fit together and how certain outfits worked, especially only using 3 jackets and a handful of shirts and ties. Thanks so much Luke!

I went through a local competitor to buy a suit for a wedding I was in because I was recently fitted there for a rental for another wedding a couple of months prior. The shirt the competitor sized me for was big, I even knew it was big however they assured me it fit and that there were no other sizes that would fit better. I brought the shirt to Jos A Bank in the promenade the day before the wedding hoping they could help. I was greeted by a man who was very eager to listen to my story and concerns. He asked me to put on the shirt that I bought from the competitor (luckily I brought it with me) and immediately questioned why they gave me the size they did. He said it was obviously a size too big and had another employee check in the back for the size I needed. Luckily they had 1 left. I tried it on and it fit perfectly. I'm wishing I went through Jos A Bank and the same man I dealt with for my suit purchase. He was extremely professional, relatable, and was not only willing but wanted to hear everything I had to say. My next purchase will 100% be from Jos A Bank as my experience here, with customer service alone, outshined my experience with the local competitor. If it weren't for his help, my jacket would've stayed on the entire wedding as I would've been embarrassed to wear a baggy oversized shirt with a slim fit suit.

The gentleman here tried to help me purchase a suit for my adult son without him being present. I came here because he recently purchased a suit from Jos A Banks and all of his measurements are in the system. No tailor on Tuesdays so they were basically unable to help me.

Stay away!! The salesman was nice but trust you own intuition when it comes to how your clothes should fit. I bought 2 suits (1for myself and 1 for my son). My sons suit had to be altered and it came out okay. The sleeves were a little too long. But his pants were so tight in the waist and crotch area it was embarrassing. My suit also had to be tailored. The jacket came out okay but the pants were another issue. I didn't have time to try them on after the alterations because I felt that since my wedding was in 2 days there was no way to correct any issues. I put my pants on to go to my wedding and the pants were at least 3 inches too high. I mean high as in at least 1 1/2 inches above my ankles!!! This was seriously amatuer work. At worse I've seen 1 inch too high but never 3+ inches too high. Also, they advertise suits but they're actually jackets and pants separates in most cases. They'll just find the jacket and pants that match the color and material. I expected a hell of a lot more for my $400+ suit! Whdn I went to pick it up one of the saleswomen gave me the look of death when one of the salesmen asked her if she could get my suits since he was in the middle of doing something. She looked me up and down, rolled her eyes at me and continued to lean against the counter. One of the salesmen got my suits. I figured that for almost $600 for the 2 suits they would have pressed them and put them in a nice garment bag but nooooo. My suits looked as if they came straight of the rack and I got a cheap dry cleaner type plastic bag. The picture shows me with my pants pulled half way down my behind (and my hands are in my pocket so they don't ride up) and you can see how high the still are. They barely touch the top of my shoes. Seriously, stay away.
