I do not post ratings usually but today at 1 day of new year i went out with my family for breakfast and as usual being a mom I am always looking to shop for my kids. The moment I saw janie and jack i got excited that I am definitely going to go crazy at my fav shop but the sales lady there with no ethics and kindness towards my kids. She was extremely rude and literally shouted at my 2 years old daughter for just being standing there. I would never go back to this shop again.

Communistic corporate policies! We have been loyal Janie and Jack customers for 14 years with 4 children. We spent thousands of dollars there. They changed their return policy from 6 month to 45 days sometime during the pandemic. We told them we were unaware of the change even though the policy is in the fine print. Now they are refusing to even give us a store credit! We will not be going back there.

My wife occasionally sends me to pickup/buy over priced clothes for our daughter. The clothes themselves are trendy and seem to be good quality, just very over priced IMHO. Anyway, the reason for giving a 1 star review is due to an older lady that works here (possible owner/ manager). My wife likes to buy 2-3 outfits for that one occasion, then return the ones that we didnt use. This lady acts like she is doing me the biggest favor in the world when I'm returning the clothes. I can feel the attitude from here every-time. When I go to other store locations, the employees are so nice, they even remind me to check my email for coupons! This lady is the opposite, she hates when you use a coupon. Hopefully she can find a man and take a chill pill. I pray for her.

The place is ok but the saleswoman was following me in a panic, making sure my mask was over my nose and kept telling me how to wear it (I didn't tell her she should get in shape so she could beat the virus). If she is that afraid she should stay home and if she really believes masks work then she should have full faith in her own mask and not worry about mine.

I went the last week of summer to find very specific outfit theme for a last minute family photo session my MIL planned and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They scoured the sales racks and called other stores to help piece together the perfect an ensemble. A truly exceptional staff and the young woman that helped me had great input on how the different outfits would photograph well together.
