“Revising a previous review- originally was upset my wife got talked into buying the platinum protection. Two months later our new table started to bulge above the main supports. Now I feel like an idiot for initially not wanting the coverage. Haven’t got it fixed yet but I can’t imagine it won’t be covered. Will update once it’s resolved.”

“I was motivated to leave this review for Keith and Andy. Keith was beyond patient with me and looked through a whole days of transactions to find my transaction. I just had to give him the credit card I used. He sat there for 10 minutes looking for it and was extremely kind and helpful the whole time. I felt bad so I even said “if you can’t find it’s fine, I feel bad” and he responded “we’ll make it right don’t worry”. Amazing customer service. This alone makes customers want to come back. Absolutely love this location. It’s next to my favorite market too Sprouts farming. They have so many outstanding deals and really high quality products. “Ethan Allen had their sample sale during the month of June. I’ve never shopped a sample sale anywhere so I wasn’t aware what it entailed. Previously, in early winter, I stopped in to look at bedroom furniture for my son but fell in love with a dining room set. A dining room set that I wasn’t really needing but completely loved. Briana, drew up an invoice and told me to give her a call if I had any questions. She was not pushy, just professionally nice. I told her I wanted to wait. In June, she called and explained the sample sale, told me how I can get my hands on that dining room I fell in love with. She asked if I was still interested and again was not pushy, just a simple question. We got in to a whole conversation, she listened and told me to go in to the show room. Briana exemplifies patience. I had many questions, she pulled fabrics, had pictures printed of the complete dining room set, sat and waited while I looked through everything. She offered advice, and not just as a salesperson trying to seal a deal but like a relatable friend who has plenty of experience and can bring together the whole vision of a simple but beautiful dining room. Thank you Briana, for helping me through out the entire process. You are professional, kind, patient and a well rounded human who is EXCELLENT at your job.”

“I first learned of the this chain of stores about four years ago from a friend and former co-worker...and love it. Honestly, I wish there was one in the Plymouth Meeting or King of Prussia area as the other one that's closest to me as the crow flies is up 611 and I'm in East Falls in Philly. It's what you'd expect from a big-box store that specializes in home goods and furnishing, but a much wider selection that the smaller strip mall variety. Can't say I walk out with something every time I visit, but honestly I usually leave with at least some inspiration or better idea of what I'm looking for when it comes to a home furnishing solution or need.”

“Rachel was such a sweetheart & very helpful these past two days! With the holiday’s approaching, I know shipping can get backed up, but I called the store for updates the last couple days to see if my ‘store pickup’ order has arrived yet. My order unfortunately hasn’t been delivered yet like I was hoping, but Rachel answered my calls both times & tried finding other stores that would have my items in stock, offered to call their customer service to give me the tracking info she didn’t have access to, tried finding similar items in their store & even offered to put them on hold for me. She really was so great & went the extra mile in trying to help me for something completely out of her control! It’s always so nice to speak to somebody who is genuine & wants to help in customer service so I really appreciated all of her help in trying to help me out! What's left currently is generally 20% - 40% off, so I picked up several items, but generally just so disappointed out they're closing down!”
