You never know what you're going to find in different gamestops. I go nowadays more for the collectors items and toys. Sometimes you'll find a hidden gem among them. Best part is, all the gamestops have different things sometimes!

The manager is extremely rude. I’ve heard him consistently trash talk customers and potential applicants after they leave the store, loud enough for everyone in the store to hear.

Confusing deals they say one thing and at checkout it’s different. Ps5 special you can get the ragnarok edition or get a controller instead. You pay for the controller! Its not a deal! So dumb! Your not getting a controller instead your buying a controller instead. The guy looked at me like durrrr! So went to target saved $70! Game stop Not the best return policy either if your unsure or buying a gift get it from a different store. Walmart or target they have way friendlier return policies. Game stop is good for buying used games minus that i skip it.

I really can't say enough great things about this store and it's employees. Particularly one employee there named Gabe who went above and beyond to help me with an order I placed online that was missing items when it was delivered. I was not able to reach anyone on the customer service phone number after multiple attempts so I went to the Marlton store for assistance. Gabe was able to help get though to someone and resolve the issue with the order plus have them send me the items that were missing. I frequently make purchases for my kids at Game Stop because of their excellent customer service and this time was no exception. Gabe should be commended for his helpfulness, patience and kindness. And I truly appreciate the time he spent helping me resolve this issue..

I feel like people who worked at these kind of stores 10 years ago used to be so much more passionate and proactive, they used to help you & give you more information than you needed because they genuinely wanted to. It feels like that passion is gone in these stores. Now we have to take initiative to talk to someone behind the register to get any sort of information. It seems like they don't want to be there anymore, the days where employees approach you to chat and spread their love/knowledge of video games are gone sadly.
