Awful customer service. Very unprofessional. We went in to conduct a bank transfer and everyone looked at us as if we were bothering them. Didn’t know what to do, and gave my wife and I such a negative attitude. Almost like they are doing us a favor.

Went to bank to conduct business requiring a customer service rep. Only one was on premises and I was told he was participating in a videoconference and could not help me. They told me to come back some other time.

Terrible hours and understaffed. Walked in today and it smelled like a Mexican restaurant with one teller. Apparently everyone was on their lunch break at 1:30 this afternoon. Waited in line for 15 minutes when there was only one other customer in front of me. Couldn’t hold my breath n said oh brother when the teller said aren’t we entitled to a lunch break lol and ya they are but as a customer aren’t I entitled to fair timely service. Lol idk about their lunch breaks Mayb the manager can get off his but n pitch in while all the other staff is enjoying their fajitas. This bank is terrible and it’s not uncommon for their computers to crash and leave you stranded and I’m serious about that. Debit cards won’t work when on vacation can’t make withdrawals etc. stuff happens but it happens at Fulton more then other banks. I’ll be closing my accounts here

This bank is a joke always closed on non holidays while all the other locations are all open numerous times throughout the year only this location closes

Worst bank. Wouldn’t close my account back in Feb/March during the height of covid ... trying to make me come in to a branch during a state of emergency to sign a paper to close a zeroed out account when every other bank allows closure over the computer/phone. Finally closed it in APRIL with overdraft charges still on my name and now cannot get a loan without a manager sign off that my account is closed... come to a branch.... isn’t open due to COVID but nothing online stating appointments only. What a waste of time.

Told me I had to actually go into the bank to cash out my CD. Wouldn't do it over the phone. My CDs with other banks I could do over the phone.
