I made a very large purchase in Francesca’s in the Marlton Promenade ystrdy, although intending to buy just a pair of earrings ; I used to shop there all the time before moving 45 min away,so not so much in the last several years. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was the only customer in the store & better still, a lovely young lady to wait on me ! Lillianne did everything she could to ensure that my shopping experience was a success & I was/am very appreciative !!I get lost in the big department stores & if I was tech savvy I wud have shopped online, but I also wanted to try things on so there wud be no cause for returns, plus Francesca’s is just my size, not too big & just the right boutique size. I got 30% off on most of my purchases but wen I looked online this morning I saw that things were 70% off online. ?. A larger discount after driving to the store, taking the time to choose my purchases, tried on clothing, wud have been really nice; I don’t like the fact that I did not get the same discount as the online shoppers, not even close.My point is, I spent more money than if I had shopped Francesca’s online bc they have a lot of nice things that sit on shelving that I wouldn’t have seen otherwise. You wouldn’t believe how many small things Fran’s has that are great stocking stuffers !Hope this review helped someone !Merry Christmas !?

I can't say enough good things about Francescas in Marlton .The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, and they have a great eye for fashion. I love the selection of clothing and accessories, and I always find something new and exciting to wear. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the products. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for stylish and affordable women's clothing.

Terrible service, i walked in the store with my son to shop and none of the staff helped or greeted us, we were greeted right when we were walking out of the door.

The smell in this store is absolutely disgusting. I never usually post reviews but I have never been shopping for clothes in a store that smells like rotten eggs and sewage. I was completely turned off from buying anything because I do NOT want my clothes to smell like it did in the store. What is even worse is the employees have to smell sewage all day long while they are working and it has been smelling like this for YEARS! Wether it is up to the Promenade to get rid of the smell or Francesca’s. I cannot support a company that treats their potential customers and their employees so bad, that they believe we have to suffer while we spend time and money at THEIR store! The standards for The Promenade and Francesca’s has dropped I cannot believe they allow this.

Ten people in line to purchase stuff. Ten minutes later eight people. I left, because... 50 minutes to check out? Improvements to efficiency would greatly improve the customer experience. There were even two people at the registers, but for some reason, only one register was open. The second cashier appeared to NOT be helping check people out.

The girls that work here are so sweet and nice! There's one in particular, she's tall and blonde, that is really sweet and eager to help you find something you love. This is my favorite store to shop in at the Promenade because it's always such a lovely experience, and I always find something special.

I had ordered a dress online to pick up in store since I recently moved right down the road and there is no cost for that shipping option. I wanted to try on the dress before taking it home since I was planning on wearing it to an event the next night and wanted to make sure I didn't need a back up plan. The staff at Francesca's could not have been nicer. One of the girls offered to steam my dress if I decided I liked it since it was so wrinkly, this was even before I mentioned wanting to wear it the next night. I then picked out some jewelry to match and while checking me out the girl signed up for their rewards club which got me an additional percentage off on top of their already existing sales prices. I will definitely be shopping here again in the near future.

The girls are nice, the store is clean & the clothes are great. However every time I've been in this location the girls talk way too much about their personal life & they talk way too loud. To me, when you're at work and have customers in the store you shouldn't blab on about your boyfriend or what you're doing later or why you're stressed. There was this one time I was getting changed in the changing room & one of the co workers opened up the curtain not knowing I was in there & she just laughed & said “well thank god you were dressed.†Again, I love the store but the girls working there should save their personal life talk for when they're out of work.
