A shout-out to Justin Steward who gave me excellent customer service. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He made the entire process seamless, from start to finish. Kudos to Gabrielle, also. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise car rental facility.

They tried to give me a smaller vehicle but charged me the same price. When I extended my rental they price gauge me!!

Due to my 2018 Hyundai Sonata having a recall on my engine, Burns Hyundai set up arrangements for me to get a rental from enterprise on Monday, January 15th. I’m given a ride by the dealership to Enterprise to pick up a rental due to the dealership didn’t have any available loaners. The dealership paid for the rental and I read responsible for the taxes which I was okay with. The employee at Enterprise was very engaged in the beginning being helpful and placing me in a car the size of my 2018 Hyundai Sonata. He places me in a 2022 Nissan Altima, the inside had a cigarette burn on the and there was scratches on the outside of the vehicle as we’re both inspecting the car at which I’m pointing out the scratches. Before, I leave off Enterprise lot I inquire about bringing the back to them or leaving the vehicle at the dealership once I picked up my car when it was ready. The young man at enterprise states you can leave it at the dealership if you like and they’ll get it to us. Monday, January 22nd I’m able to pick up my car from Bunin Hyundai dealership and I arrived at the dealership after 8:30am. I received a call from an employee who works at Enterprise on Thursday, January 25th that the car I rented had damage to it on the passenger side and there was a big dent. I’m like all I did was to work and home, at my job I have my own parking spot and not to mention I park my car in my driveway at my residence. So I’m like the car was at the dealership from Monday morning until Wednesday when they received the car back per the enterprise employee and then Thursday evening after 6pm I received a call that I damaged the vehicle. Not to mention enterprise has contacted my insurance company and put a claim in. For all I know whatever damages their speaking of occurred once that vehicle was parked at the dealership. Just know I’m fighting this and WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH LIARS.

Amazing staff I rent here every week the manager Bruce is amazing and all the staff really. They are professional and friendly and I would highly recommend renting from this location! Good job guys keep it up

The Marlton, NJ location was great from start to finish! The rental was set up through insurance which was seamless. The transaction I was responsible for was easy to understand and didn’t take long to process.Customer service from every sales person I interacted with was performed with care. The staff was attentive to my needs and was always available when I needed someone to speak to.Would definitely use them again (fingers crossed under different circumstances)!

My first time renting a car in a long time Luckily i went to enterprise in Marlton the staff was great from picking the vehicle i needed and getting me setup with a beautiful vehicle my family and I needed for our weekend trip. Dropping off the car was super easy as well. Looking forward to renting in the future also their selection of vehicles are very nice ?.

Good selection of cars, the reps are very deceiving though, trying to sell you extra insurance that you don't actually need. Very sneaky managers as well. They also overcharged us and wouldn't admit their mistake. Ended up disputing the extra charges via credit company after they haven't agreed to do that on their own.

The attention I received was heart warming. A driver picked me up who was pleasant and kind. The staff attended to all of my needs in a timely manner and contacted me during the rental period to verify that I was content with the rental car performance. Very friendly staff. I use them regularly.

Great car rental service. Very easy to book, fast service when you arrive, easy returns. I generally don't like higher prices on rental cars, but for the level of service and excellent cars being rented by Enterprise it is worth it. Highly recommended.

Staffs are so nice. They'll still acknowledge you even though they're busy at least saying "Hi! We'll be right back with you." The wait is not long at all. The rental car I had was really nice. Returning it was so easy and cost was worth it. I would come back here and highly recommend this place. Thank you for all the staffs!

My rental was pitched as a Chevy Malibu and I received a Kia optima with a noisy hub bearing. The car was dirty inside and out. Thankfully, the car performed well. Otherwise, check in and check out. Went smooth. The best I was offered was an upgrade at next rental. Safe driving everyone.
