Worked for the company and such very bipolar management, Adam. They are a consumer profiling establishment. They had few cars stolen this month and looked towards the new Black African American sales consultant as if I had a hand in it. But to be clear they had other stolen off their property way before I started working there. So maybe they should start looking at their own kind, if you know what I mean. It's sad that I live right in Marlton and was offered a job as sale consultant and was let go for helping a African American couple which was past off to me cause another co-worker which was not African American, past off cause maybe or maybe not profiled himself. But the the manger which carries the family name (Elkins) did not want to hear the outcome of my side. All the couple wanted to do if see, sit & start a never Corvette up. Where's the harm in that in the automotive business? But all Adam was concerned bout them siting in a $20,000 marked over sticker Corvette. So pretty much he's saying without saying African Americans can afford that vehicle. But let's be clears I've had 100k vehicles and driving a $90,000 msrp vehicle and live right here in Marlton, NJ. Hope people sees and read this before stopping in and making there next purchase.Just the beginning

Just bought a 2023 Bolt EUV. The team (Adam, Bob, Russell, and Lisa) were excellent. They were transparent and flexible where needed. I asked them to hold the car for me and they did. Very happy with my purchase.

I drive 1.5 hours to come to your dealership. That alone should tell you how satisfied I am with the work you folks do. Josh is running an amazing service branch. I went and got my front brakes and rotors replaced as well as the back brakes and rotors. Same day I left they were squealing. Was told zero drive a little and it would stop. I drove almost a month and it only got worse. Finally was amble to take it back only to find out after spending over $1800 I was given faulty brakes and because of that it ruined the rotors as well in the front. So they replaced them AGAIN. Now when I left I faintly heard the brakes making noise and as I continued to drive I heard it. By the time I got home it was loud but the shop was closed so I have to call the next day and once AGAIN alert these clowns to the same issue. It’s very annoying and extremely frustrating!!!!! Now waiting to see the excuse I get today!!!!

One star because they have a good coffee machine, otherwise 0 star. . However the dealer doesn't negotiate 1 bit (when i say 1 bit i mean 1 bit), so with no wiggle room we drove back 1hr to the Atlantic City area. As a dealership, they should have wiggle room....and they do realistically, it's called MSRP for a reason---manufacturer SUGGESTED retail price. They can go up or down on it, but they didn't move 1 dollar.

Always a good experience at Elkins!! Been bringing my Silverado High Country in for service since I got it. Thanks to Tony Dillard and Bob, I just traded my High Country in for the 2022 Sand Dune Mettallic Trail Boss. They both were great to deal with. The Service and Sales Department are great!!

I got an appointment for service very quickly over the phone. The appointment was only two days from the time I called. The day after I called, I decided to shop for new tires also, so I called Elkins Chevrolet back and asked for a price for new tires. The price they quoted was a bit lower than anybody else’s and was an "out the door price” so I asked if they could put them on at the appointment time that I had for service and they accommodated me. I pulled into the service bay at the appointed time, signed for the service and left the truck with them. A few hours later it was all done. When I picked it up, The manager informed me that my next oil change would be free and tire rotation would also be free for the life of the tires. Besides getting a great deal on service and the tires, The whole experience was as easy and accommodating as I’ve ever had anywhere. I definitely recommend them for all of your automotive needs.

I was very upset with the mechanic that was supposed to fix my car before going to Elkins. I was told it was fixed, but a week later the same problem existed. So I finally realized I need to go to the dealership. They should know how to fix the drum breaks. Well yes they did know. And thanks to the mechanics that fixed and diagnosed the other existing issues as well, I am now safe and would like to say thank you to the team at Elkins chevrolet for taking care of me.

A few days ago, we were in a really bad spot. Our 2017 Kia Sedona was having engine problems and we did not have a lot of options, and were limited on how much we could pay, but we needed a good, reliable car with enought room for us as well as all three of our children. I can truly say that Adam, Andrew, Geuri, and Lisa all moved mountains to help make our selection affordable for us, as well as showing us grace with our Kia we had to trade in. We are very humbled and grateful for the exceptional service we received at Elkins Chevrolet. We will be continuing to visit this location for future service on our new 2020 Chevy Traverse. Very good first time experience at Elkins . Dave, my Service Advisor, who is great. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He kept me advised of the status of my SUV while it was in the shop. He’s a credit to the organization. I was impressed overall by the dealership.

I received excellent customer service from Richard & Tony in sales. They did an excellent job helping me with my purchase of a Chevy Z71 Suburban. I also had an excellent experience with Bob the Sales Manager. The whole process was smooth & they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Elkin’s Chevy. The other apparent point is the family business atmosphere which was amazing. I look forward to working with the Elkin’s Team for my next purchase.

I am always happy to bring in my Chevy vehicle. My Chevy Trax was purchased at Elkins. I always get it serviced there. It is like I am bringing my car to my family member. I know all the parts will be looked over and if I need something my family will let me know. It will be fixed so that I am traveling on the road safe and sound. They take care of me and my family as if I am part of theirs. It is a great feeling.
