I just left the store and had purchased some laundry detergent. Upon entering the store I could see and hear that the employees were dealing with the theft of some laundry detergent (which is all locked up). They continued on to talk about the amount of the loss and concerns about the repercussions as I was standing there waiting for help. I asked for assistance in selecting laundry detergent, an associate retrieved it for me and then walked me up to the self-checkout while holding onto the bag (would not let go until the purchase was complete treating me as though I was some kind of criminal). In conversation she brashly stated that the store had just been "hit" so it's store policy that they have to bring the detergent up themselves (which I understood, it was her tone and demeanor that was the issue). As I was attempting to make the purchase I realized that the coupon that I wanted to use was not working so I went back to make another selection. The same associate assisted me, was rude in tone and instead of walking me to the self checkout she took the detergent behind the counter (not giving me the option for self-checkout) and proceeded to ring me up, (I would have preferred another associate or to have rung it up myself ) Her demeanor was nasty, the whole experience was negative, it honestly felt discriminatory.

It took over 45 minutes to pick up a single prescription for my son. The workers are extremely slow and follow it up with a horrible attitude. Evy is especially rude and nasty. Seems like there is no leadership or organization at this location.

I ordered a single canvas photo of my daughter, niece and nephew to surprise my parents. They made 2 prints of it and tried to charge me for both even though my email of the confirmation was only 1. The cashier was sweet and understood the situation. A different associate told her to put the extra canvas aside. Considering the photo was a big canvas of 3 children. I felt that it shouldn’t put aside it should be destroyed. The sweet cashier wanted to just give me the extra canvas which was so nice the other associate called for a manager. Understandable! I explained the situation to the the manager and she said she would set it aside and it will be thrown out end of day. I explained again that it’s 3 children and I would like to see it be destroyed. Meanwhile the canvas is set aside in plain site for all customers to see. I explained we are private. We don’t post our child online. We live in a world that I don’t feel comfortable with a 16x20 print of 3 children for two different households just laying around and hopefully thrown out. I asked again. Can we just destroy this canvas . A sharpie ? Made shred it ? The manger threw it on the floor and said step on it. I said that will dent The canvas but jut remove the faces of the children. She the grabbed a razor blade, handed it to me and said “well then you cut their faces out”. I thought this was highly unprofessional. 1. You threw the product at my feet. 2. You handed a customer a razor blade 3. “Well then cut their faces out”. A customer should never be handed would could be a dangerous item ! And expected to cut their own kids face up . I was nit looking to take this for free. It should just be disposed of properly! The cashier was amazing supporting me and said “it’s her babies” “ I would never and my child photo destroyed as well”. The cashier ended up saying to me. I’ll charge you for one but please take both. You are right a photo of 3 young children should be destroyed in this world we life in. It’s Better to be safe than sorry. I feel bad for the cashier she did the right thing and probably got in trouble. The manager was way out of line! I worker in customer service ! This was irresponsible and careless. You literally handed a customer a weapon !

I went to get a passport picture for my daughter. I explicitly mentioned him that I want the picture on white back ground. He said he will photoshop it and then he gave me the photo with a black chair in the background. The mistake on my part was that I did not checked and believed that he could do it. I sincerely believe that places like should have staff with better skill and understanding

Scheduled appt for covid vaccine at 11:30am. Got there on time. Wated at counter for 2-3 minutes. Totally ignored. Was told I got there at 11:34 and had to wait behind 2 people who also had 11:30am appointments. I had another appt. So couldn't wait. Was told they schedule 3 people at same time. Ridi ulous!!! I took my mom to Rite Aid around the corner on Saturday. She was taken right away. Why make an appt. if they aren't going to honor it? Don't go here for any vaccines!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible customer service. Pharmacists turn over is pretty high and technicians are very rude.

Manager of pharmacy Shavani was beyond rude. Completely shocked at her attitude. Usely the staff there is amazing and helpful, but she was rude, bothered and unprofessional. Clearly this is not the job for her.

This CVS is the worst one I've been to. The store is outdated & just dirty inside and out. The manager Shavani is very rude and unprofessional she should take a customer service class or just work somewhere else. I will NEVER return to this CVS.

A lot of pharmacies close early on Sundays. I had not realized that this pharmacy closed at 5:00. The doctor called in an emergency prescription for my father, when I arrived and realized that the pharmacy was closed, I tried to have the prescription filled at another cvs location. The new CVS location was unable to fill the prescription because cvs Greentree was showing that it was in progress and had already billed my insurance even though the store was closed. The other pharmacy wasn't able to cancel or transfer it over. Why would a prescription be listed in progress if the pharmacy is closed? And if a prescription is being called in right before closing time why would they quickly fill it realizing that the store is going to close. It created a lot of problems, I had a difficult time trying to get things straightened out. I eventually got it filled at the other CVS but had to pay out of pocket. There should not be any problem pulling one prescription from one cvs to another and if a store is closing they should either wait to fill the prescription the following day or call the customer to inform them that they're going to be closing. Frustrated.

Stay away from this pharmacy. They like to overcharge you for prescriptions. They refuse to ask for updated insurance and then blame you for it. No one not even customer service apologizes for their lack of care for their customers or ignorance. Gas isn't cheap and I had to pay for two round trips there instead of one of the had did their job the right way. The customer service rep was rude. Claimed it shows in the system it was billed right and I was like I literally just told you i called them to fix it. (This is what happens when you work from home. They don't even pay attention to the phone call)Pharmacies have a tool that allows them to do a general search for your prescription insurance. They didn't even do that. Too lazy and too ignorant. Walgreens found me and my children with the same tool.I have Covid and I do the right thing and stay home and they cost me money. This is why people go out with Covid prime example. This is why I left them and went to Walgreens. Unfortunately the hospital sent it here and I just had them pick it up. Big mistake. Shouldn't of thought they could do their job. I guess that's what happens when your hire your Pharm techs at 13-14 an hour when the going rate is 18 plus an hour right now. Still can't believe not a single person I interacted with apologized for this. They just acted like it was my fault. I'm suppose to be able to rely on them to do their job right as they advertise all the time. Instead they want you to do their job for them.
