CVS on Greentree in Marlton, NJ is horrible! The head pharmacist refused to give my girlfriend medicine she needed after surgery. The doctor called it in more then once and the lousy head pharmacist laughed and refused her medicine! This was medicine for post surgery pain and he refused her! He is a lousy pharmacist and doesn't care about anybody but himself. He is making my girlfriend suffer in pain during this whole recovery!I am at the moment seeking legal help against CVS! I will take CVS to the cleaners for patient negligence! DO NOT USE THIS CVS!

Yesterday I was checking out at self checkout and a tall blonde woman who was working the front was rude. My coupon was stuck so I waited for her to come help me. I was just explaining the coupon didn’t register because it was stuck. While I was explaining she yelled at me to stop (to stop talking) and then proceeded to speak to me as if I was an idiot. I worked at CVS in Philadelphia years ago for 8 yrs as a store manager and would never speak to someone this way.

Never had a poor experience until this evening. I was in line to pick up my meds and got there at 4:45 and there were like 6 or 7 cars in front of me the took 10 minutes with one car and then they closed the window on the rest of us

My Grandson needs ritalin. CVS Will not take pharmacy calls. You get a text asking for a refillable number. It is not refillable At that point you have hit a wall. This is not healthcare.

Good store a lot more demand and customers since the Rite Aid closed across the street. They seem to be handling it well not always 100% stocked but they're doing their best

Nate the manager is so UNPROFESSIONAL! I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN CVS AGAIN . He is rude every single time I go in . I have had it! How is it that a huge store and corporation would have such a rude, arrogant manager representing their store . And their parking lot is filthy with cigarette butts and litter . I tried to bring this to his attention and he basically laughed at me. No customer should ever be treated so badly that they want to leave the store.

Several staff members at pharmacy with poor customer service skills. Very unhappy with lack of assistance getting my prescription issues resolved.

I think I’ve have maybe one single positive experience at this cvs since I started coming here several years ago. Almost every person I’ve ever dealt with at this pharmacy especially, had been miserable and given me an attitude. Today I was being “helped” by Kirsten.. I tried asking her a simple question about my inhaler, but she cut me off mid sentence and told me she couldn’t answer my question, and to go to drop off. She was extremely rude, and had zero interest in helping me. I couldn’t even get my question and concern out about my health and medicine, before she rudely interrupted me and told me she couldn’t help me. How did she know she couldn’t help me if she didn’t even take 10 seconds of her time to listen to what I had to ask her? I had to say to her “I needed to ask you a question but I guess I won’t?” And she just told me to have a nice day and sent up the next person in line. Please please please avoid this cvs if you’re looking for a positive experience. I felt awful leaving there today and I’m sure I won’t return.

We went in to purchase an item that was covered by my insurance. So lucky to have Samantha help us & she even gave us a booklet for future purchases. She went out of her way & made our visit to the #7842 EVESHAM NJ CVS, a great experience.

A Rude tall blonde working the front end counter in the main store. Today, I gave this horrible coming to work with an attitude woman a compliment at the front checkout lane. She responded something weird to me about her brain. I told her she was tall, beautiful and reminded me of a female basketball star. Well I certainly take back my compliment. I don’t think you have millionaire looks anymore. Treat ppl better at that counter instead of giving racist vibrations. The morning staff was so much better than her. She creeped me completely out with her response about her brain. Does Elon Musk work at CVS? That’s the smartest brain I'm aware of. I urge the indigenous blk community to beware of her treatment. It’s not a good feeling. Moreover, she certainly doesn’t hide how she feels about us.
