Horrific experience with pharmacist. Called twice to try to help my 6 year old with much needed medication. Doctor called as well. Pharmacist didn't like me calling and refused to fill it "because of where I live" . I was able to get the medication for my daughter in 15 minutes using another pharmacy who expressed empathy and outrage at how I had been treated. If you want help for your kids - do not use this pharmacy .

Stay away from this pharmacy. If I could give negative ratings I would. Associates are rude and lack compassion. I was told that my order was back ordered when I walked into pick up my script and was also told that nobody else in the area had it. Called another cvs and it was filled later in the day. This will be my last time using cvs pharmacy.

I used them for years, their hours stink, some of them are rude, the 1 guy pharmacist was difficult to deal with and made me get a rejection letter from my insurance company every time for this one medication, even though i had a script from my dr, I knew it wasn’t covered and prepared to pay out of pocket ($150-200) because it was a brand name. When I complain, he tried to intimidate me, and threatened not to fill it at all. I had already run out, so I literally had a kiss his but to get him to fill my script. It was humiliating. Since then I’ve asked Doctors, other pharmacies, and they’ve never heard of a pharmacist doing what he did.I switched to Rite Aid in Medford.Hours are great, professional and that same medication that the CVS pharmacist was giving me a hard time about and letting me pay thousands of dollars a year out of pocket is fully covered at Rite Aid, I haven’t paid for it since.It’s not that Rite Aid has different rules. It’s that they took the time to figure out a way to get it covered for me.Plus, the Rite Aid is way newer, a lot bigger, has GNC products and its only a 2 minute drive from this one.

Called to ask if my medication was in stock, the "pharmacist" hung up on me after saying "Nope don't have it, k bye." Very poor customer service

Almost every CVS in the world has a dull, over-sanitized atmosphere. This one is no different. It is rarely fully stocked, but will usually have what you need. The pharmacy techs are nice and helpful, and the self-checkout is convenient.

The Pharmacy is a joke. First they didn’t have a vaccine we needed because “our fridge broke 3 weeks ago and we haven’t restocked since then”. Then they couldn’t figure out how to order it for a good 15 minutes while we stood there. Finally, they told us to come in at a specific day and time and when we did, they said “we’re too busy to do it, we haven’t even checked in the shipment yet”. What’s the point of an appointment then?

This is my neighborhood pharmacy but they continually mess up my prescriptions. Sending me texts that it’s ready and when I get there it is not. It has happened many times and I’m tired of it. These big chains think that they can get away with poor performance! I need to switch!

They say closers at 1:30 but they really close anytime between 1:00 and 1:30. They did a rush perception for me said they will be opened but when I got here before 1:30 they closed 10 minutes early. This pharmacy does not care about anyone. I wish I could give lower then 1 star because they deserve it.

Pharmacist literally used the words that my insurance company was "lying" to me about what they covered and refused to contact the insurance, saying that was "not their job".

I've not used their pharmacy yet, but the rest is decently stocked. "It is what it is." Closest convenience and drug store in this part of marlton. It's about what you'd expect out a modern store. If you need some quick sanitary, or snack supplies, it's probably there. It could either use more refrigerated foods, or to simply use that space for something else.

The store is fine, but the pharmacy can be very frustrating to deal with. They rarely pick up the phone, don't help you with complicated issues over the phone, and I've ended up having to drive there multiple times to get issues resolved. Needless to say, that is not something you want to deal with when refilling a prescription. I eventually did find someone to help me save money with an expensive prescription, but my head still hurts from having to bang it against the wall so many times.
