Pharmacist was very helpful. I liked that he asked me a question about dosage before handing me my medication. I am confident in CVS Marlton handling my medication needs!

cvs needs to educate their employees who work in pharmacy. They have no idea how insurance works. They tell you the wrong information and will give you a hard time no matter what you tell them. If they want people to come to this pharmacy, they need to hire people who have good communication skills and knowledge of the insurance process.I went to an independent pharmacy and they had no problem putting my medication through my insurance while cvs insisted my medication was being denied. I spent four hours trying to resolve the problem when all cvs needed was to process it correctly.

Stay away from this pharmacy. They like to overcharge you for prescriptions. They refuse to ask for updated insurance and then blame you for it. No one not even customer service apologizes for their lack of care for their customers or ignorance. Gas isn't cheap and I had to pay for two round trips there instead of one of the had did their job the right way. The customer service rep was rude. Claimed it shows in the system it was billed right and I was like I literally just told you i called them to fix it. (This is what happens when you work from home. They don't even pay attention to the phone call)Pharmacies have a tool that allows them to do a general search for your prescription insurance. They didn't even do that. Too lazy and too ignorant. Walgreens found me and my children with the same tool.I have Covid and I do the right thing and stay home and they cost me money. This is why people go out with Covid prime example. This is why I left them and went to Walgreens. Unfortunately the hospital sent it here and I just had them pick it up. Big mistake. Shouldn't of thought they could do their job. I guess that's what happens when your hire your Pharm techs at 13-14 an hour when the going rate is 18 plus an hour right now. Still can't believe not a single person I interacted with apologized for this. They just acted like it was my fault. I'm suppose to be able to rely on them to do their job right as they advertise all the time. Instead they want you to do their job for them.

I've asked over and over and over and over to please not put the safety cap on my prescriptions because I cannot open it. 9 out of 10 times I get the safety cap, I call and am told "oh yeah it says it right here in your file". This is SO frustrating because I literally can't open it and have to get someone else to do it for me. I don't understand why this is so difficult if it's already flagged in my file????

I went to the pharmacy and explained that I was very congested, achy, etc and that I had a doctor's appointment but wanted something to relieve my symptoms til I saw my doctor. The pharmacist (Trung) was very short and just said "There's nothing back here for you. Go get Vicks or something in the aisle". I realized this isn't correct and called and talked to a pharmacy clerk. She confirmed that there is medicine "back there" that you show your license to get and she was kind of short/rude too. I told her I was disappointed to be sent away and that I should have been more firm but when you're sick, you're not always the best advocate for yourself. She couldn't have cared less. There's a pharmacy on every corner around here so I won't be back to this one. I go there every week for non-pharmacy stuff too. Won't miss the receipts!

The pharmacy line is always ridiculous. Long line to pick up medicine another long line just to ask a question. Went 5 hours after my doctor appointment to pick up my prescription and they said half hour wait along with 7 other sick people waiting for theirs. Staff accordingly!

Wait time on prescriptions is entirely too long. So is the line at the pharmacy. I've given them a few tries but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This CVS always has a line for its Pharmacy and check-out line. I am not sure if they are not properly staffed, but this CVS locations is always busy. Parking is easy and the store does have a lot to offer regarding medicines, house and bath items, make-up, decorations and more.

Kerstin was rude. Get a new job that doesn't include customer service. I never can understand why people stay the job they're not good at and they don't like

Richie is super friendly and helpful! He helped me pick out face wipes, keeping my needs in mind. I'll definitely be back because of him. Thanks again Richie!!! You are definitely an asset to the team there at CVS!
