Today I was in a panic someone hacked my card and my funds were all frozen it was 11:53am 7 minutes till closing I’m come in frazzled and the two most wonderful employees the teller named Silvia who got me a water and made sure we would figure it out, when then she got the manager Jeremy who sat on hold on the phone for me for almost 35 mins to get me a new card and to make sure I left with it all handled. They didn’t make me feel like a burden I feltHorrible keeping them after hours they stayed and hour or more past their time just to make sure I was good. I’m so grateful for this branch and most of all for it being those two people being there. I can’t say enough how kind and courteous they were. Thank you both again! I love seeing people who really care ? Danielle a valued customer

Dealt with a loan officer named Ron Vito Loan OfficerNMLS# 17467. Don't recommend this bank it has become a joke. He seemed inconvenienced to help out never let us know what was going on. Never doing business with your bank ever again. If this is what a customer is treated like. Especially since we've done business with you all before.

Dealt with a loan officer named Ron Vito Loan OfficerNMLS# 17467. Don't recommend this bank it has become a joke. He seemed inconvenienced to help out never let us know what was going on. Never doing business with your bank ever again. If this is what a customer is treated like. Especially since we've done business with you all before.

Received a settlement check for a bit more then 12K and asked lawyer if there would be any problems cashing today, yes he's says it's a trust account, I previously had an acct w/ Citizens but b/c of the fees along w / the stipulations when it suits them. So I deposited in my acct w Bank of America which also have similar tactics of charging unnecessary fees, along w stipulations that always favor the wealthy and charge the high fees to the poor & middle class who need it more, in my opinion. It's unfair for the majority.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is not a reflection of the individuals at this branch. This is a reflection of the company itself. Horrible. Can't wait to get my money refunded and go to another bank. Not that any other will be better but tired of the run around. Last year hackers got into my account and I immediate made Citizens aware. Supposedly they stopped any further issues but the hackers hacked the same account two more times in two days right afterwards. Wtf. Now it's taking 6 weeks to get a fraudulent charge refunded and each time I call it's "your money will be refunded by end of day". That was told to me three times and still no refund. I ask to speak to a supervisor and am told "oh ones not available. Would you like his voicemail". Incompetence at its finest.

My wife speaks little English and while I was on phone with her they gave her the cold shoulder and treated her like a piece of trash foriegner and denied her service. I was so hot. They ran her credentials asked her what she wanted and told her they couldn't help her belittling her with rude and arrogant voices... I heard it all and sent her to another branch where they treated her like a human.

FABULOUS Customer Service!! I just got off the phone with Tom who's the Assistant Branch Manager. He really took the time and understood my situation, then he stayed on the phone with me until everything was right. No run around, no passing me to someone else, just good old-fashioned willingness to help. A true asset to Citizen's Bank.
