weak dealership. salesman don't seem to want to do business and drag there feet to get back to you. Not even a call from a manager to try to close a deal. also wont work a deal for you online. they told me i must come in . I'd rather walk at this point with My experience with them these past 2 days . I wouldn't take a car for free from here. Salesman need to step it up, and the managers need to wake up. zero stars

I call to speak with Manny about my cr overheating after I just get it back a week ago for engine issues and the girl said she'd get me a number to tow it in, and came back with out the number and an April date to look at it.This does not sit well with me. Being this will be a 3rd time in there for an engine. I'm possibly pursuing legal counsel at this point

It is a tough time to get your car in for any maintenance nowadays. I completely understand due to the shortage in technicians. Unfortunately I hit a patch of ice and needed emergent work done on my splash plate. I expressed my concerns and needs to the manager Dave who reassured me to come in that same day to at least order the part and remove the plate as I could not drive under these conditions. Brian the service advisor was wonderful and helped me through the process to get the plate removed and order a new one. These workers are very busy but they do understand what is deemed an emergency and needs urgent attention. I appreciate Dave and Brian for helping me!

I had a very bad experience with this location because of the lack of accountability and customer service. I can’t believe someone can run a successful business by leaving someone without a car for 4 months and not attempting to contact them back, withholding lower costs that were shook on earlier, and not apologizing for the bad business. When the time comes, I will not be getting my next car through Hyundai.My car was broken into because I wasn’t able to get around to scheduling the anti-theft hardware that was recommended via recall before the break-in which was my fault because it had been out for a couple months. The car wasn’t able to function because of this attempted theft.I dropped my car off and was checked in on September 22 and was told I would receive a call in 1-2 weeks. I waited till the 4th week to start calling them to give them extra time. I could never get through to anyone so I kept being directed to the managers voicemail. I must’ve left 3 messages a week for 4-5 weeks and also got in contact with their national customer service representative who also could not get into contact with them.Finally, I was able to get a ride over to their location on a day I had off of work and was able to get a ride. Once I told them my car has been here for 10 weeks they directed me to the manager. He said he would help me by lowering the cost to low or no cost labor and check me in that night.I didn’t receive a phone call from them for 3 weeks and I finally had to call them to find out what was going on. I was able to get through after awhile and setup my car to be fixed.The price came to $2251 which included parts and labor when I was specifically told the labor would be dropped or lowered substantially. Also, this was a recall so this technically should have been completely free since it is the manufacturers fault. When I arrived there - they told me my key fab was broken, there was trash in my car, the check engine light was on and no one apologized for the cost and the delay.I can’t believe someone can run a successful business by leaving someone without a car for 4 months and not attempting to contact them back, withholding lower costs that were shook on earlier, and not apologizing for the bad business. When the time comes, I will not be getting my next car through Hyundai.

Terrible service , insufficient communication car been at the shop for 6 months first they “fixed” the problem just to make a bigger one now car don’t work i was stupid enough to get a car here! Don’t buy a car from here I am warning you!!! Management sucks never answer always putting you on hold worst company ever!

Transmission has blown twice in my 20 18 Tuscan once at 40,000 and again at 60,000 I am left with no rental and no one to help me .What good is my 100,000 mile warranty when I'm left with no car for the second time with a blown transmission.Not sure I will ever buy another hyundai now .and this is my third one

Paul (my salesman) was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the car buying process easier. He and Mike (sales manager) were very anxious to get me into the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price. Nice buying experience, right down to the finance manager Ritz who was also very knowledgeable, friendly and upbeat. Very good experience all around.
