Had a great experience purchasing a Kona for our daughter. Dave Brantley went above and beyond. He kept us entertained and was filled with fun facts! Shout out to Mike and Tal as well as they helped to keep the process moving as quickly as they could. Definitely check out Burn Hyundai for your next car!

2022: I've had three Hyundai Elantras (01, 13, & 17). I recommend the dealership but not the vehicle which I did by from this dealership. [5 stars]

Update 9/30/23: I still recommend the dealership. My experience with the service center and how difficult it has become to reasonably receive timely service is absurd.
From 2017 to 2021, the service center was great! An engine coil issue was resolved within three days in '21. Now, I'm scheduling general maintenance 40 days in advance.
FYI: They do not perform diagnostic tests on the weekend. Get those weekday appointments!

Update 9/2024: Well, I can’t say I recommend the dealership any longer. Once again, the Check Engine Light turned on and it’s likely another coil misfire or faulty spark plug. Instead of 40 days out, it’s now 60 days out (November).
I’m not a frequent driver and my vehicle is well under the anticipated usage for scheduled maintenance. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the Service Center for emergency services because who can wait 2 months for emergency service??? Once this is resolved, I’m done with Burns after 7 years.

I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Kona and my experience at Burns was wonderful. Colin was such a help, as we went over my options. He spent several hours and was very patient. This is the second Kona I have had and I love it! Thanks, Colin!

Daniel Markovic is a stud in this office along with the finance guys. Dan was great, and didnt push me in any directions, he actually listened, which in this industry doesnt happen often. He cared about what was best for me and my family. The finance guys here are also great. I will always recommend Dan to anyone looking to go here. Hes young, and eager to work (you can tell).

Had a great experience leasing a Hyundai Palisade from David. It is my first time leasing a car and he answered all of my questions and offered helpful info I didn’t think to ask about. He was very patient and thorough as we were exploring the options and I felt no pressure from him whatsoever. He took the time to point out many features of the palisade and has followed up to ensure I don’t have any other questions. I was very happy with the whole experience. Thanks Dave and the Burns Hyundai team.

This service department leaves a lot to be desired.
I had my 2018 Tucson in for an $80 oil change recently, and to begin the oil consumption testing process. The car is now at about 1,000 miles post oil change for the first check of the oil level.
I called in the morning of 9/13 and left a message for my service advisor to call me back because no one was available. Nothing.
I called again on 9/14 in the morning for someone to call me back because no one was available. Nothing.
I called on 9/16 in the morning for someone to call me back because no one was available. Nothing.
I then emailed S. Jensen the GM and reiterated the above. Nothing.
I called again this morning 9/17 and left a message for someone to call me back because no one was available. So far, NOTHING.
Are they actually waiting for my engine to seize before they do anything?
This is the 4th Burns vehicle I've purchased and the 2nd Hyundai. If this is how you treat your returning customers, I'll go elsewhere in the future.
Do yourself a favor - go to Subaru.

If I could leave zero stars I would.
I had my car dropped off after hours by my tow truck driver on 8/22. Knowing that there might be an issue with communication, I made sure to call the service center the next morning to make sure that they knew my car was there. I spoke with a young sounding person who had me repeat information several times before saying diagnostics could take 2-3 weeks and appointments are out through October. Even though with that timeframe, I still left my car there knowing that it might be covered under warranty.
I called on 9/6 to get an update. They had someone call me back who said they had no idea my car was there. I was upset and went up that Saturday and talked with someone who said they never got the information and said they'd make sure it gets looked at this week and that diagnostic would be $200.
I then got a call at 9am today asking what was wrong with the car and that getting it looked at will take 2 weeks and that diagnostic could be up to $470 for "teardown". At this point I'm livid. I explain it's already been there for 2 weeks and they try to blame it over and over on the tow truck driver and keep ignoring the fact that I called and gave my information to someone who then seemingly just threw that information away.
Not only am I never bringing my car back to this location, my partner will actively avoid this business for his near future car purchase.
Thanks for wasting my time.

As a first time customer at Hyundai Burns, I was referred by the Service department via phone call for emergency tire repair. The representative confirmed that the schedule for 09/07 was fully booked, however I could bring my vehicle in first thing in the morning to see if the Service team could find a slot same-day.
My experience at Hyundai Burns was pleasant, from the customer service rep through to the technicians that checked in the vehicle, up until my interaction with Mr. Joe Vogt, a Service Representative primarily involved with Insurance Claim needs. The customer service from the face of the Service center was poor, dismissive and unwelcoming. As a first time visitor of this dealership, the interaction with Mr. Vogt appeared bothersome and very rushed given the schedule mentioned. He stated that the service department was “overbooked and understaffed” and that I should find “an alternate tire shop to meet my needs”.
This experience was very disheartening given the different referrals made for this Service provider, although other members of the Hyundai team were very helpful with progressing the issue, Mr. Vogt reluctantly worked with me, his associate played an important role in convincing Mr Vogt that my business was viable at this location.
I look forward to hearing from Hyundai Management (Cory) on Monday 09/09/24, as I was informed no Managerial staff are available to discuss this issue the day of the incident.

Had a wonderful car buying experience with the sales team here. Very courteous, respectful, and professional. Chris went above and beyond pre, during, and post sale, taking the time to demonstrate in detail every feature of the Ioniq 5 to make the transition seamless.

I have been a customer at Burns Hyundai in Marlton for many years. Talal Zahid is the absolute best. He is now sales manager so I worked with David Brantley when I leased my 2024 Tuscon in July. He's professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Burns Hyundai.

I had to unexpectedly and quickly buy a new car after my old one was hit and totaled. Everyone at Burns Hyundai was really kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, especially Bob Nage. Sam was great as well. My new Elantra is wonderful. I had a bad experience at the dealership where I bought my first car that made me apprehensive about dealerships in general, but Burns Hyundai is a gem.
