I recently had my car serviced at Burns Honda, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Robb Reagan, in particular, was fantastic—fast, trustworthy, and reliable. He made sure everything was handled efficiently, and I felt confident in the quality of the work done. The service was reasonably priced, and my car is running smoothly. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience with excellent customer care. I’ll definitely be returning for future services!

Had a very spirit crushing experience from Burns Honda. Only reason the star rating is so high is because of the wonderful salesman I had in Eddie who was very helpful and professional and is the best salesman I’ve ever interacted with. I inquired last week about a used car came in and test drove it and was very hopeful since I have been a customer with Burns for the past couple years. Unfortunately that was not the case when the numbers came back. The numbers they offered were outrageous on a monthly payment almost $150 more than I’m already paying for my truck and I was looking into a used sedan that has no warranty offered and has been sitting on the lot for almost a month.After days of back and forth and letting them know numerous times where I needed to be at payment wise I was told that price is firm and they couldn’t do any better than what they offered and perhaps I expected too much nowadays which is on me I guess. Overall was just a bad experience and almost impossible to get in contact with people there. They pride themselves on being loyal and helpful to their customers but to me it’s bogus. Will not be returning as a customer with Burns unfortunately in the future.

After purchasing a brand new CRV from this dealer just a few months back I go back to purchase another new vehicle (Civic) and they didn’t want to cut me any type of break on the purchase price. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. Take care of those that take care of YOU!!

Service was great and I was out in 90 minutes. Warm and wonderful waiting area with Starbucks coffee. Special shout out to Robert Regan. He was very helpful with my service needs. 10 out of 10.

I bought a used '20 Honda Civic from them about a month ago and I can't recommend Burns at all. It was clear that my car was rushed to be sold. There was a rattle in the door, one of my headlights did not work, as well as other little quality issues.
The headlights specifically had broken connectors. I assumed a basic function such as working headlights would have been checked prior to sale. On top of that the service center said there was no issue with the lights until I pressured them to check again.
Eventually things got resolved with the help of Corey, but that doesn't change the fact that I should not have had this experience in the first place. While Corey was mostly on top of things for me everyone around him was spotty at best.

Ed is amazing and so is the staff! I left one dealership and came straight to them because the customer service and willingness to work with you is unmatched. This is my second lease with Burns and I will continue business with them. Thank you for making my experience personable and pleasant!

My name is Nancy Lewis
I bought a Honda Civic in 2012.
I thought I was in good hands and Honda is still a great vehicle.
Not knowing much about maintenance on cars as most car owners. I learned that your radiator is not need to be flushed until after 100 miles.
The Honda dealer of Marlton informed me that I need a radiator flush every time I had an oil change.
My bill every time I had a oil change was over 300.00 dollars.
Then my immobilizer went in 2024.
I decided to try and do it myself.
Oder the part. Then had to bring it back to Honda because they had a block on installing the part . Only Honda can install the part.
They installed the part on 2/19/2024. I am back because the same sequence of the last immobilizer was occurring.
I have to come back to get them to give me a new immobilizer and not a used immobilizer. Of course they will not admit to the dirty dead.
Again Honda is a great vehicle. It’s just the people who are shameful
Joe McCormick you need to do a better job.
My wish for future is to take all these companies court. I would love to gather up all the customers that were taking advantage of and have one big court case against them.

The best experience EVER from the Burns Honda Service team. I came to drop my Pilot off for service that was scheduled for tomorrow morning and Robb Reagan totally wowed me when he said they will perform the service and inspection today! Thank you Burns Honda for your focus on providing exceptional customer service to your loyal customers.

I just purchased a 2022 certified used Acura MDX from Burns Honda. I can’t begin to tell you what a wonderful experience it was. When I walked in the door I wasn’t attacked by salesman. I was greeted with friendly smiles. My salesman was Chris Wilder. The nicest person ever. I didn’t feel pressured. We had a casual conversation and went for a test drive. Then I met the sales manager Frank Sorrentino. Frank was very nice as well. When the offer was in print, I took it home discussed it with my husband and went back to purchase the car and that’s where I met the sales manager Michael Murray. The same friendly conversation took place with Mike. I can’t say enough about my buying experience at Burns Honda. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Everyone I met there couldn’t be nicer. Burns Honda sets a new standard for the once dreaded car buying experience. Truly professional and transparent in every way. I highly recommend Christine Burns (no she is not related to the dealership name) as she is a true professional and looks out for her clients needs. This is my 4th leased CRV and my spouse, son, daughter in law, and other friends have all obtained their vehicles from Burns.

My husband and I just Leased the new 2024 Honda Prologue. First lease and first all electric. Stephan Dilleshaw made everything so smooth even with having my 7 month old with us. He helped us out with everything and was a true gem in the business! This was a very stress free experience and Stephan was right there to make sure we were all good to go!
My mom bought from Burns Pontiac back in 1997. Burns will always have my family’s Business!
