My Chevy Equinox had an unfortunate drainage problem which caused the subfloor to accumulate rain water — it took a while to identify this problem (several visits) but once Eric & team figured out what was going on they did what they needed to do, and handled the transactional side very responsibly, transparently, and courteously. Can't say enough nice things, honestly.
Not sure I'll ever buy another Equinox, but these people are definitely good people.

Best car buying experience I ever had. Doug my sales rep was awesome all the way through! Thanks to Rob the manager for helping me get the best deal! Five star service at this dealership all around, everyone is friendly and the biggest thing is, they dont BS! They get stuff done! I wont be going anywhere else.

Told me over the phone they'd have me leaving with a car from them, after they had all my credit information and even ran my current credit score. That was a lie just your typical sales tactic to lure me to come in person. I guess the jokes on me since I fell for it.

I bought my Buick encore in 01/2022. My experience was amazing! Everyone was so super friendly and helpful.. way different than anything I’d ever experienced! Of course promises of fixing my radio were never fulfilled, since my salesman never bothered to document this promise. Fast-forward two years & it’s more empty promises!! Good old Bill who’s been doing this for 20 some years sold me a warranty.. his words verbatim “You should get the extended warranty, especially if you drive for a living that way you’ll have our warranty and the extended warranty would cover you until ninety some thousand miles”. Please know that I accept my fault in this. I take responsibility for not reading before I signed.. but shame on you Bill, either way you slice it, you did some pretty dirt ball stuff. You say you know, you never said that to me, I have no recording obviously I can’t prove it.. that means you took advantage of a female by having her pay to have a THIRD warranty on her vehicle. That’s three warranties all running simultaneously. Mind you the very expensive one that I paid for was never used because by the time I needed it like Bill said “this will cover up to ninety some thousand miles” It’s no longer active, It ran out Just after my certified preowned warranty ended. This is my first sounding board.. next better business bureau.. & so on!!

Words can not express the gratitude I have for Glyn Brattan, Assistant Service Manager and the team that assisted me on the day my car was serviced. The promptness of the appointment and empathy showed to me will always be remembered. When bringing my car I'm I mentioned that because the battery was low, I needed to keep my appointment but someone was staying with my mother who was at my home on hospice and if possible please let me get back home to her asap. Glyn empathized with me, brought my car directly in, talked to me to keep me calm, encouraged me and got me back home to my mother asap. My mother passed that following Wednesday...4 days later. When I look back, the kindness of others kept me and continue to keep me going and Glyn is one of those people. My parents as well as I have purchased cars from this dealership...this experience made me so glad we did.

I’ve had my Buick since 2011. Eric has been my tech for most of those years. His customer service is excellent and he has taken good care of my car. It continues to ride like new.

Terrible Experience...Stay Away...BURNS BUICK is Dishonest & SWINDLER Dealer Tactics!!! We WERE 15 Year Burns Genesis & Hyundai customers ....3 Genesis Lease/purchases sale transactions and 3 Hyundai Sonata lease transaction customers. But this time my wife wanted the new Buick Envista Avenir top of the line model. So we went to the adjacent Burns Buick building on their lot. Long story short...after committing the sole Avenir inventory to us per our sales associate Steve Wozniak who was very professional and excellent communication setting up the Avenir deal....we arrive for our schedule 10:30 AM appointment to finalize paperwork and turn in our off lease Sonata, only to arrive precisely @10:29 AM to be rudely told that "the vehicle was sold from under us"! What!???? I was furious so I pushed for a precise failure reason and was informed the NEW Sales Manager named Alyssa Bragg stabbed us in the back and OK'd the deal with another customer earlier that same morning. This was more shocking because 7 days earlier Alyssa was "promising" to locate an Avenir from other dealer network channels and on Wednesday 3 PM, BURNS called me and said it arrived so the appointment was made for Saturday 10:30 AM as agreed. So this review is being written to INFORM SENIOR Management @ BURNS Corporate...that their Buick showroom operates vastly different then their GENESIS and Hyundai staffed showrooms that never pulled this SWINDLER tactic!!! Rude, unprofessional, ignorant and alienating to say the least! So this is how BURNS Dealerships lost a 15 year repeat customer...we left their showroom and drove right to F.C Kerbeck in Palmyra and drove off their lot with out brand new Buick Avenir. BURNS you are nothing to us!!!! F.C. Kerbeck even treated us to lunch while we were in their showroom for 3 hours completing the transaction. If any senior BURNS management cares to discuss this with me, and how you failed and why you allow commitments to be made and promised by sales and sales manager staff... only to lie and backstab existing customers...you know who I am and have my contact info. You should not allow such behavior, especially to a 15 year loyal customer like us!!!

My experience with Vinnie at Burns Buick in Marlton was amazing. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and Vinnie was very knowledgeable about the car's features that I hadn't researched. He also made sure I was comfortable while we waited for the financing to be completed. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and made the car-buying experience a breeze.

One of the better experiences I’ve had at a car dealer for sure. All of the gentleman that work there were super helpful and genuine. Anthony, my car salesman was nothing short amazing. Very personable and wanted the best for me! Invest in your customers and they will invest in you!
