“After a horrible accident, Eagle Auto Body towed my vehicle and took very good care of my car. I called their shop the next day and Andy was very knowledgeable about next steps and walked me through exactly what to do. They directed me right to my car when I came to get stuff out of it and have been extremely nice every time I’ve stopped in. Both Andy and Mike have gone above and beyond with getting my vehicle taken care of and working with me to do what would be best for my situation. They charge a very fair daily storage fee while other shops would try to gouge you with high prices. If anyone is unfortunately in an accident I pray that it gets picked up by Eagle Auto Body because you will know you are in good hands”

Admittedly there was an initial problem with the paint due to the weather but Chuck got me in two days later and fixed it all. “Had a mishap in a parking lot with someone breaking my driver side mirror while I was away from my 2006 Tacoma. Estimates I was getting were ridiculous. Called Moorestown Auto Body and they said to bring over let us look at it. Within 15 minutes they gave me printed estimate that was reasonable and signed for the repair. “First timer here! Being it was my first accident I wasn’t sure what to expect but I knew I was stressed lol. I called to make an appointment and the girl on the phone was just an angel, I wish I got her name but she made me feel better just by how kind she was. Give the girl a raise Caliber she’s great! My appointment was set with Amy I’m not sure of her exact title but she went over all my damage and handles the insurance estimates. Amy was great! She should get a raise also. She knows her stuff, and again spoke to me with kindness and empathy with what I was going through. After the appointment I was met by Enterprise and taken to get my rental which was all set up by the girls at Caliber. Seamless, fast, and was updated every few days about the progress. Enrique (sorry if that’s spelled wrong was also great!) great customer service. Give them all a raise Caliber because you have a great group of employees! Thank you all”
