I recently purchased a timepiece from Watches of Switzerland and couldn't be happier with the experience. Felissa was able to secure my watch within just a few months and I was expecting to wait at least a year. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and over communicated with me thoughout the process. I highly recommend this store and the entire staff.

From the moment you walk through the door until the time you leave the store, Watches of Switzerland Marlton provides you with a top notch experience. Charles always goes above and beyond to make the buying experience special and a celebration. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a special something for themselves or a special someone. Top tier selection. Charles, David, Mitch, Courtney and the rest of the staff are the best in the business.

Excellent selection of watches(of course). The salesperson was a bit snobbish at first but warmed up. I've been on a quest to purchase a Rolex for some time...but it's like pulling teeth.

Bought my first Rolex from Watches of Switzerland in Marlton, NJ a couple weeks back and had an excellent experience. Shout out to sales associate Laura and manager Mitchell who were both amazing.Generous pours of Macallan as well. Will definitely go back for all watch and jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

I have had such a great experience at this WoS location. I’ve been a collector for years and felt very disenfranchised with many locations in this area, even despite significant purchase history at other stores. I always felt like a second rate client and never valued. This isn’t at all my experience here. Courtney M is my salesperson and both her and all the staff make me and my family feel so welcomed every time we come in. We talk about our families, our interests, and she remembers details I’ve told her that make us feel like we are truly a valued customer. I was able to pick up a timepiece I had been looking for for years, with no purchase history. They’ve got a repeat customer here for sure and I can’t recommend them enough

Watches Of Switzerland in Marlton is an absolutely amazing store for all your watch and jewelry needs! The staff is so courteous and down to earth! I’ve been working with Laura for the past few years and she is beyond polite and so friendly an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have been approaching 40 for this past few years and turning the big 4-0 this year. It’s been my dream to own a Rolex and show my kids if you work hard enough you can achieve anything. I’m hoping I can purchase a Batman GMT on a jubilee bracelet to celebrate such a big birthday and Laura is always available to chat and keep me informed. I’ll be stopping in next week to visit and hopefully pick up a Mother’s Day present for the wife. But hands down this is the place you want to bring your business.

I had an appointment today with Sara at the Marlton location. I’m looking into buying my first high end watch. Sara, and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Taking my coat and offering refreshments even before talking business.Sara knew everything about the watch I was looking at. She put my mind at ease about the process. Buying a new Rolex can be a challenge. But there was no pressure here. It was a completely enjoyable experience.I’m now in the pool for the exact watch I want and Watches of Switzerland, with Sara’s assistance, has me closer to that milestone. Thank you.

Great experience overall and I left with a new Doxa Sub 300 Carbon. The store is full of nice watches and they do a nice job creating an atmosphere that is luxurious but also light and laid back. Employees know their stuff, including technical details and history of brands and models (if you're into that kind of stuff). Laura, Chris and Mitch were knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to working with them on more watch purchases in the future and hopefully a fancy 40th birthday present for myself.

I highly recommend this business. Watches of Switzerland in Marlton NJ has customer service, that is second to none. I was completely impressed by their professionalism and product knowledge. Sara is outstanding. As well as her support staff and management. I was able to secure my dream watch this year. In addition to some other beautiful pieces. We have had the pleasure of purchasing watches from Watches of Switzerland on more than one occasion, and each time the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Charles was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and patient guiding us in our watch journey. Most importantly Charles and Watches of Switzerland were instrumental in making the exchange of "watches" instead of "rings" for our marriage a dream come true.
