I brought my truck in to have a headlight bulb replaced and was shocked by the estimate. $125.00 and $85.00 of that was labor for something they said could be done in less than 15 minutes. I understand it requires the ability to access the bulb and it is more than just changing the bulb, but $125.00 was excessive. That was confirmed when I had the job done at Pep Boys for $50.00 less and I am AAA member. I guess membership does not have any benefit.

I would like to compliment the entire staff at AAA, Marlton NJ. I have taken my car there several times for various auto needs, & have been satisfied each time. Most recently, my car was serviced by Domenic. The car was taken in right on time, & Domenic took the time to thoroughly check the engine & diagnose a potentially complicated & expensive problem. He took the time to devise a solution that probably saved me a lot of money. Then, he came out & spoke with me, thoroughly explaining the problem & what he did to correct it. He answered all my questions patiently & pleasantly :-) Paige, the receptionist, was also very friendly. A few days later, I contacted this facility to reserve a rental car for a trip. Christine assisted me, & was very helpful & nice. I can definitely recommend the AAA center in Marlton, NJ - fine service, fair prices, & great staff!

Paige was patient, kind, informative, and professional. I’ve never been treated better!The mechanic, Dave, was extremely informative and professional! Even though this shop is quite a distance from me, I’m certainly will be going there again.Thank you Paige and Dave!!

I got my car serviced. Right and left struts. Stabilizer bar, Alignment, oil change and freon top off. $1300.00 I drove away and the left tire is making noise. Took it back. They said they can hear it but can't find out where the noise is coming from. Drove it the next day and same noise and took it back. They said again they can't find the noise. I took it to another place. They said that AAA broke the ball joints when replacing the struts. $1400.00. I called AAA and told them. They said that I could bring it in to see if they really broke it. I said I can send them the pictures of the broken ball joint and they said no. Manager wasn't in today and they wouldn't give me the phone# of the district manager. Never again. WOW

This shop sold me bad tires in November that got bubbles in them quickly and when they replaced my tires they never reprogrammed my tpms sensors! Don’t Recommend this shop for any service as they are incompetent! Will be going to pepboys for now on as they have better service

I was hit while sitting in a parking space fer crying out loud and sheared my front bumper cover clean off Good thing I was sitting in my car. Anyway, I was expecting a bureaucratic ( thank goodness for spell check!!!) Nightmare...but I am happy to say that for once I was surprised and somewhat taken aback as to how efficient everyone was. They talked me through everything, made the appointments and arrangements, spelled everything out for my to do list. The agent and company did take care of everything in a most unexpectedly efficient manner . Go figure!!Definitely recommended if you want your world view of insurance companies reconsidered.

This crew is really the folks in white 10 gallon hats (if you're old enough to remember this scene). I've called on them twice in a 2 week period, and they've come through in Aces.They were on top of the call, and didn't keep me waiting.. Glad I purchased the Plus card - the staff is friendly and on their game. They ensure your safety is a priority. AAA should have taken Allstate's branding motto - because you really are in good hands with AAA!!
