DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Not even for something small, because that was the mistake I made! I thought this place could service me for something so simple. Nope.
At every angle they could screw up and screw me over, they did. There is no solution or reasoning with these insane people. Steer clear of every single employee in this absolute cesspool. Triple A, you know this location is a joke.

Their service manager could be the worst in the world. I called a former colleague of theirs to ask for advice and to find out information to help fix my vehicle. I was approached by the service manager, who works here now and was upset I spoke to their former colleague and basically told me that they possibly would’ve helped me out, but now no longer will.

I thought bringing my car here was a good idea.
But just learned it’s not.
Car was ONLY over heating slightly. No leaks, no smoke, nothing.
Got a report saying that all the dash lights were on & when I called in I was told it has a blown head gasket & new engine. I said absolutely NOT.
Got it towed back to me & the lights weren’t even on that they said other than low tire pressure.

AAA, do you not teach your mechanics to actually turn the key on and not just turning it to ACC ?! Of course all the lights on the dash will be on when turning it only to ACC.
I brought it here cause I thought I could get the work done and my car fixed so I can return back to work since my mechanic is backed up till middle of next week. Did nothing but waist my time.
I’ll update this review when a mechanic with common sense that knows how to turn a key can look at it and tell me what’s actually wrong.

Michael B. and his boss were amazing. We bought a battery from AAA almost 3 years ago to the day, and it was not holding a charge anymore. I charged it with an external battery charger and drove it in to have it tested for the warranty. Unfortunately my external charging made it so the battery passed their automated tested but when I explained what I did they looked at the numbers more closely and agreed the battery was no longer healthy and honored the warranty for me instead of me having to come back with it dead or closer to and then having to fight to get it fully covered. They didn’t technically have to do that for me, but because they did I’ll be bringing more work to them and recommending to others. It’s that type of personal care that makes a business worth supporting and why I’m writing this review!

Honestly would not get my car serviced here took my car to put 2 tires on a kept it the entire weekend no phone call or anything a they are closed on Sundays so I wasn’t notified about my vehicle at all did not like that experience

Last minute stop at this location due to a break in other events in the area led to an inquiry about upcoming travel plans for later this year. Kelly graciously provided excellent information & her followup emails were THE BEST I have received from this organization, including multiple visits to other offices closer to home. Truly a professional for advising on travel needs - a rare find!

WORST CUSTOMER CARE CENTER. CALL IN MARLTON OFFICE FIRST GOT CONNECTED IN EDISON, some Derek answered & instead of helping disconnected call when I was speaking., rude employees. CALL AGAIN GOT CONNECTED IN PHILLIPSBURG, another rude employee who didnt wanna help. Called again some Jenn answered, she was the worst, when was speaking she kept me on hold for no reason and never picked up call from hold so had to disconnect.

I brought my truck in to have a headlight bulb replaced and was shocked by the estimate. $125.00 and $85.00 of that was labor for something they said could be done in less than 15 minutes. I understand it requires the ability to access the bulb and it is more than just changing the bulb, but $125.00 was excessive. That was confirmed when I had the job done at Pep Boys for $50.00 less and I am AAA member. I guess membership does not have any benefit.
