“I walked in and inwardly groaned as the line was long. I shouldn’t have judged right off the bat because the two employees working there were fast, knowledgeable, pleasant and kept the line moving effortlessly.
Most of the people in line had Amazon returns, but a few needed items shipped. The employees navigated these transactions with ease.

“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. It is very rare to come across a person and business that are so caring and helpful they are the best and Kathy is a great person.”

This means they have packaging supplies.No Sunday FedEx pickup and no onsite scanning so don't ship valuables unless you stop by during pickup times.Note, for UPS this location does not carry their packaging supplies.The guys that work here very nice but it is what it is. Also this location has a workstation if you need it.1 Star removed because they don't scan FedEx drop-offs.”

“We had already bought a chair at the Princeton Staples, but went to this Freehold Staples to buy a desk. Vlad was EXTREMELY helpful in finding the desk, telling us about a way to save 25% (over $75) on the desk by buying a combo with the chair, then telling us about coupons to get an additional $15 off. In addition, he helped load the desk into our car so there wouldn't be any damage to the desk or car. Really good guy - highly recommend working with him at this store.”

“I prefer this Post Office to others. They seem to have a lot of complaints about rudeness but I’ve NEVER experienced that. There’s a Santander Bank right there & some other stores. Sometimes Google Maps Street View still shows a Gas Station where there’s now a Chase Bank in place where there was a Gas Station Separated by the parking lot across the street from 6/12 Store.”

“This is the BEST post office I have ever been to. Specifically because the women are so kind, helpful and pleasant! It is clean, well stocked and always a breeze to deal with. I went in this week during Xmas and they were wearing Christmas headbands and necklaces. How cute!! And merry!! Once I brought my dog and baby there. I leashed my dog up to the wheelchair ramp and the women there kept eyes on him to make sure he was safe. You can make this up! Hands down the best post office because of the women that work there. It’s also just a very cute and quaint post office like out of a movie.”

After reading so many negatives reviews my driver was met with courteous staff and was unloaded before appt time. Appt time 11:00am and in the dock at 9:30am and unloaded by 10:45am. “I love this post office. Tge people here know what they're doing and are so helpful. I tend to go at 9:30am and it's never been busy at that time. I had I ternational mail to send and they helped me figure out the customs forms. I'm so thankful for their help. I've had my mail held while I was away and everything was delivered properly once I returned home. FYI Informed delivery let's you know what mail to expect and report missing mail.”

I hope these people can stop the transaction before sending it to wherever the client is, in case they stop this transaction I will update to 5 stars.Update: After the weekend I contacted them, gave them the USPS tracking number of the shipment to them, and they said they will hold the shipment, and contact me once it arrives, in order to see what we do from there.”
