Don’t understand the attitude of this one worker here. I asked for a simple exchange of bills and apparently that’s asking for too much, he acted as if I was a huge inconvenience for Him. The bills I got had writing on them and I asked cleaner bills because I am traveling abroad and countries ask for clean bills. The Hispanic looking man with dark hair responded “I’m not going to go through the whole machine” and pretty much to look through the other beaten up bills and pick the best ones. Are you kidding? Dude, you’re pressing buttons on a machine. Not asking for much and there was no line at all. So unnecessary. It takes a lot to write a review for a bank, but man this guy was disrespectful.

The Chase Bank in Marlboro is probably the worst bank I've ever been to. From the employees to the antiquated rules it's no wonder people are leaving Chase. My daughter has an account there I went in to give her some money. They said they only accept checks I brought $300 cash and they 100% refused to. I explained she was in trouble in Toronto and there was a problem with her work credit card. The manager smirked at me and said well you're gonna have to figure out another way. Just another reason why I left this terrible bank and went to TD bank.
