I needed a few parts for my drip irrigation system regarding all my shrubs, perennials and trees along my front walkway. Jeff was fabulous in getting me the three (3) parts I needed for the defective lines that had become clogged somewhere. The costs for purchasing the parts somewhere along the clogged lines were very inexpensive and so much easier to purchase without confusion due to Jeffs' expertise. Thank you, Jeff, for having what I needed and knowing exactly what I needed. CJ Irrigation, nothing but the best!! Jeff and Vanessa are friendly, outgoing, very professional but most important, patient in dealing with "non-experts" such as myself.

I have been a customer here for more than five years. Each time some part broke with our sprinkler system I would go here to purchase parts, from sprinkler heads, pipe, to accessory. Last Wednesday two jar top solenoids failed so I came in to purchase new ones. But when I replaced the solenoids the valves did not shut off. Today I came in and met Eric and explained what I observed and showing him my valve bonnet. Eric explained to me what was wrong in details with what I was seeing. Then he offered a new valve bonnet that would work with the new solenoid (at no charge). I took the part home and tried it and it worked. Thank you, thank you very much Eric for helping me repair our system. Shop small business support the community. I would go back here and highly recommend this establishment.

This company has integrity and takes a great deal of care and time with my sprinkler system - and I learn a lot from them every time they are here. CJI sent a crew to replace two zones and reactivated my front yard system when it was mostly dug out for the installation of new septic. There work was clean, all the heads were clearly marked, they examined my entire system (19 zones - 80 heads!), adjusted heads, and quickly fixed a broken head and a valve. On another service call for a bad valve, in which an unrelated problem with wiring was discovered, the tech was very diligent in trouble-shooting the mystery and made several modifications to improve the situation, taking over an hour of unanticipated time but not charging anything extra for this emergent problem. I found their pricing great for the high level of service they provide. On an estimate for a broken zone repair & modification, Eric answered further questions about the entire system, and when he found out I was interested in fixing some things myself he gave me me valuable "How to" advice and let me know that their store in Englishtown sells all the parts i need, too. You can tell they really care about every single customer and want the highest quality for them.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Great experience with Central Jersey Irrigation installing an irrigation system for us. A map of the proposed system was given to us for the quote...very professional. All questions/concerns were answered, and the workers were responsive and nice to work with. I would recommend Central Jersey Irrigation for anyone looking to install an irrigation system.

I have used the establishment several times and each time they have been infomative and able to supply me with the part I need.Even ask them questions and able to answer them cause they are experts. The big box stores are awful when it comes to customer service. Shop small business support the community.

I called to have the system checked and turned onOf course the tech left one of the old heads on the pool deck that I needed to clean up the parts and dirt350.00 later to find as we installed a new timer that many heads were pointed in the ground not to cover the intended areaA broken pipe not taken care ofWhen calling to discuss the poor service they reply was SORRY ...NOT that we would send someone over to resolve the issues that were paid forExtremely carelessI WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE AGAINService: Irrigation system repair/maintenance

I give 1 star because of the EDIT "1" year I paid for service. I absolutely loved my tech Otto who came out to service my sprinklers. He's efficient and highly skilled. However I dislike the dispatch/home base. Its like 2 different companies!

They installed our sprinkler system a few years back. This year our system broke down. The technician came to fix it, couldn't find the valve, could not fix the system and made a bill of $400. What am I paying for? Expertise or fraudulence? As an irrigation system company, the least I would expect is for the technician to find the issue. I am paying for expertise which clearly this company doesn't have.

Central Jersey Sprinklers installed our sprinkler system 27 years ago and have continued to open and winterize our sprinklers ever since. We have always been able to get an appointment and have found them to be timely and always come within our scheduled window of time. They have also installed sprinklers and serviced for my parents, who also continue to be long-time, loyal customers. As a matter of fact, the office staff has always been very helpful every year coordinating our openings/closings so we have back-to-back appointment times so only one of us needs to be home and and we do live in separate towns. The technicians are always polite. I would highly recommend, they're a long-time established local buisness.
