The best and a great selection. We purchased everything from them and they did all the installation. Tile floors look amazing, bathrooms are beautiful. Bill is very honest and trustworthy. One stop shop for your entire home.

We've recently bought back splash tiles for the kitchen. The store offers good variety and prices beat the competition. Tiles were promptly delivered and look great. We were helped by friendly subject matter experts who appeared to be native Russian speakers. There is nothing to complain about; we are happy with the product and related experience.

Met with Bill, the owner, he designed a diagram for a bathroom vanity with measurements for us. We purchased the vanity based on his diagram. What we received was NOT the same measurements we ordered. He refused to take back, exchange or refund. Also ordered a vanity top which appears to be good but no choice of sink, very basic. Was going to order floor and shower tiles as well, but I refuse to return there. Very disappointed.

Only positives about Aqua Imports!Coming from more than one experience with Vadim and Alex I must say they are utmost knowledgeable, professional and totally customer oriented people that we’ve dealt with before. Home renovations are not easy and not cheap, Aqua Imports helped us more than once, their selections and prices are unbeatable and they are always meeting our needs. Highly recommended.

I walked in to the store and the blonde women behind the desk was on the phone. I continued browsing through their merchandise and she continued chatting on her personal phone call. As I neared her, she said hi but continued on chatting on the phone. She never once asked if there was anything she could help me with. I guess her personal call was more important then a prospective customer, so I left!

Thank you to Aqua Imports for not only designing but renovating my kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was done in a timely matter just as the owner promised and did not break the bank. I highly recommend Aqua and his team for any renovations!!

After reviewing 5 bathroom remodelers, we decided on Aqua Imports based on expected quality, expertise and price. We remodeled 2 full baths and a half bath. We felt we made a great choice as our bathrooms turned out very well.
The team on the ground was talented, dedicated, trustworthy, and had great work ethic. The place was cleaned up each evening and thrash promptly removed from site. Dust around the house due to project work was hardly noticeable.
Bill (owner) was very helpful in planning and guiding us through the process - helping us with selections or combinations of items. He was very flexible and worked to our needs - e.g. getting work permits or adjusting dates when we had to be away for a few days. He also visited at least once a day to ensure everything was on track.
The administrative office was also very supportive and helpful.
Overall, we felt very comfortable working with everyone and the end result turned out to be top class!!
We feel confident in recommending Aqua Imports as a one-stop-shop for design, materials and labor at a reasonable price.

We normally hire our own electricians and plumbers for our renovations, but we stopped by Aqua imports one day to see what it would cost to have them do our entire renovation. I had my apprehensions relying on them to do everything. We met with Bill, the owner and manager, and we really liked his ideas. He was never pushy about anything we looked at in his shop. We had picked out some tile in a familiar tile shop that we knew was good quality. While looking around in his shop we found some great quality tile that we loved. Again, everything we looked at weather vanities or tile or showerheads, he was never pushy. He was very helpful. He showed us different ideas and venders that we could consider. He spent a great deal of time with us and didn’t even know if he’d get our business. I’m a reviews type of person and I saw that Aqua Imports didn’t have that many reviews, but there was one bad one I noticed online. It made me question weather to use them, but we felt confident in Bill so we decided to take a chance. I have to say that whenever Bill said he’d be at our home with his crew, he was there. He always arrived with his crew to brief them about the day and would show up at least one time before they left. The crew was professional and clean. Drilling and sanding leaves dust everywhere, but they cleaned up very well each day. The quality of the material was hotel grade. The towel holders were so sturdy and of great material. We were ready to shop elsewhere for all of these materials, but we are glad we went with his, because it was such great quality. It was one stop shopping. With our busy lives, it’s so much easier to just get things in one place. We had the same team each day for nearly two weeks. He never changed crews or tried to do two houses at the same time like my renovations before with other venders we had used. If we had any questions along the way, bill was very accessible. The bathroom came out amazing!! It looks like something from a high-end hotel. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the outcome and the customer service!! I’m so glad I took a chance with him. For all those review readers out there ( I am one of them) I highly recommend Aqua Imports.
