I’ve had both my R32s worked on here. My first experience was pleasant and decided to return for a pcv valve replacement on my 2nd one. Work was performed as expected but several connectors and vacuum lines were damaged. Car went in with a check engine light which was “looked at” but not repaired for an o2 sensor however after leaving the shop about 5 minutes down the road multiple misfires and flashing lights were detected. I towed the car to my house and found all of my ignition coil connectors broken. Car drove fine not rattles or noises. After they serviced my pcv valve the car makes a horrible rattling noise on start up and remains there until the car warms up or is put in gear. I thought maybe it was chains but after plugging to vcds and examining timing blocks they are all within spec. Not sure if they left something loose or dropped something in timing case but I’m currently in the process of tearing into my car in the driveway to see what it is.

I went there believing the good reviews, but I was disappointed by the unfriendly and irresponsible attitude and I will never leave my car here again.

Hello, here was not good for me. My car has alerted that car pressure was too low, so I went to here after appointment and asked to check tire. He didn't check the tire status properly and just injected air and then he asked 20 dollars.I thought it was such a price for taking his time, so I paid 20 dollars, but the problem was, the day after that day, the alert light was still on.So, I went to there again and asked him what's going on.He said, "I was not responsible to check tire leak, I just needed to blow air."I had been there to resolve tire alert problem and the problem was not resolved definitely and I paid 20 dollars without anything changed.Anybody who is considering to visit here, I want to my experience will be helpful to you. Thank you.

Terrible customer service expect to get overcharged for parts and labor and if you bring your own brand new certified parts he gets "uncomfortable" lol telling his customers hes gonna put their cars on a curb is wild great mechanic vw pro :)

terrible place to take your car, they were extremely rude and hard to reach. they had my car for about four days without starting any work or even looking at it. Then they hit me over the head with an outrageous price for a simple axle replacement job. They claimed the part alone to be over $300 when other shops quoted it to be at most $105. when i offered to bring my own part for a cheaper price he said my car would be "left on the curb" and hung up in my face. I would never come back or tell any of my friends to come back.

Standard parts markup applies here but the labor rates are always reasonable . Had an issue with a defective part and he re-did the job under his warranty no questions asked. Jay actually knows what he's doing with Volkswagens and Audi , so he's my regular mechanic now. It's rare to find a mechanic who isn't trying to rob you blind !

Jay at wagon works is awesome. Always has the customers best interest, where the dealership will only do expensive big replacements or repairs, Jay is happy to provide appropriate fixes. Pricing is always fair. Despite living in Brooklyn I still drive out (and take the bus/subway home if I need to leave my car there for multiple days). Unless I have no other option you won't catch me at the Audi dealership.
