Debbie was incredible! Spent over 45 minutes with us after the store closed trying to help activate my new phone.
She was patient, communicative, and very easy to work with. She was even able to help other customers out while helping us!

Solomon went out of his way to make sure my family could get a new phone for our grandfather, who is in his 90’s and has been stuck in the hospital. He stayed open late and helped my aunt make this happen so my grandpa wasn’t cut off from everyone while in the hospital (he isn’t currently able to have visitors, so the phone is integral). This is a good business run by stand up people. My family thanks you all, especially Solomon!

I left a 5 star review 7 months ago and I’m back to do it again. Verizon employee Solomon Din is the greatest Verizon worker ever. He stayed open late to assist with a very particular request and he helped an entire family in the process. #PromoteSolomon!!! Thank you so much for your kindness and help.
