Terrible service from Casper, I had a return from Amazon which Amazon would deduct the shipping from the remaining balance, but Casper wanted to charge me an additional value arguing that the box was weak, which is a box that even has rivets and the cardboard is stronger than an Amazon box, terrible service, I will continue visiting other locations where they provide solutions, not problems like in this store

I have visited on multiple occasions, I am just very confused on how the fax machine and internet is constantly down? Please invest in a more compatible server. I’ve truly never run into this issue as mush as I do with this location.

Make sure you're not on a schedule because you'll definitely wait. Only one person working, and not working with any sense of urgency. There were three people in front of me and four behind me. After 25 minutes of waiting I left, and so did two people behind me.

Matthew was amazing. He was alone with a very long line and phone ringing back to back. He handled it extremely well. His patience and kindness is the reason I will now come to this location for all my needs going forward.
