“I had my car towed late last night. It broke down on me. Turned out the alternator died. The very next day, I got a phone call from the mechanic who explained everything to me. My car was fixed in a couple of hours. The price was decent. And they fixed my bumper. They were also very professional. And I got a 1 year warranty! I highly recommend this place.”

I went to another place who stated nothing was wrong, but if I wanted to I would have to change all four tires because they “do not make my tires anymore since you have an older car” . “After many bad experiences at my GMC service center in Sunnyside I asked neighbors for recommendations more local to where I live and many mentioned Broadway Auto Center and Harris. Today I visited for an oil change, inspection, an issue with my windshield sprayer and concern about a potential issue with my car. They took my car in and called me once they had had chance to thoroughly look at the car. Harris was excellent explaining everything to me and noted he couldn’t identify any issues. After speaking to me he did a second thorough check (including driving the vehicle) and again didn’t note anything. Rather than charge me for something that wasn’t an issue (my old GMC garage did this) he noted all the checks he’d done - and didn’t charge me for all the time he had spent. For the first time since buying my car many years ago I felt heard and treated with respect and honesty. I will be returning whenever there’s anything needed for my car from now on. Highly recommend!”

“I had a flat tire and the local guy from Roadside Assistance recommended Omar. I knew all four tires were on their final miles so I was ready to replace all four. Omar kindly went over the various tire alternatives and compared the pricing and ratings of the various tires available on Tire Rack (which really is the lowest out there). He then compared it to the pricing of the local vendors and showed there wasn't a notable difference. Needing to get done immediately, I opted for the local vendor. The whole job from the minute I walked in the door, ordering the tires and installing took two hours. They did a fantastic job! Honest guys!”
“Rich & crew replaced the 46RE trans in my 1999 Dakota RT. Previous shop: was Gold Seal, closed, in Upper Saddle River. Big trans, 5.9 engine and a tight fit. A Perfect job, + reversed flowed the trans cooler.
4 years later, it runs perfect, driven 366 days a year, towing, and loaded with tools or heavy Home Depot items.
Repeat customer, I travel from Long Island for this shop and I'm frequently stuck in traffic for hours on the GW Bridge. Trans: never over-heats, and shifts perfect.”

“Great service. They are fair and reasonable. We have used them periodically throughout the year. Recently we used them for an AC Repair. The initial fix did not work but I am happy to relay that when contacted they quickly took the car in and serviced it while I waited. The AC is now working fine which is useful as the weather is getting hotter. It put me at ease knowing that they guarantee their work and were good about taking the car back on short notice. I would highly recommend this repair shop and would use them again.”
