“I have had a good experience using Bergen County Collision services multiple times with mine and my family cars. Alex and Natasha are friendly, responsive and people you can count on. Not only when you are a paying customer but also if you have some car questions and stop by just to ask. Like today I came down with my 4RUNNER and Alex spent 20 min under the rain to answer my questions and even more. He did not push me to fix my tailgate at his place, he did not charge me any money for taking his time and I felt comfortable to ask all I needed. “I don’t usually write reviews, but I really want to share my experience at this place for anyone seeking top-notch service at a fair price. The owner, Jay (just like me!), was incredibly friendly from the start and took the time to explain every detail of their work. My car was promised to be ready in 24 hours, and he definitely delivered on that promise. If you’re looking for an auto shop, I definitely recommend this one.I got two quotes from other places before arriving here, and they were quite expensive with job estimates of 48 to 72 hours.I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jay and his team for the incredible work they've accomplished.
