“First time at GOODYEAR in Englewood, NJ after my local shop in Westwood permanently closed and I was pleasantly surprised! After having difficulty with pricing and long wait times in the past at Westwood, I truthfully expected more of the same in Englewood. NOT SO! They honored my existing service contract from Westwood (free tire rotation with tire purchase), were repectful of my 12pm appointment despite the shop appearing quite busy and the job was completed within thirty minutes-OUTSTANDING! Additionally, I was met by sales associate Paul M. who acknowledged me immediately with a warm greeting and friendly smile and provided excellent customer service. My only minor complaint was that it was quite warm in the waiting room but I didn't dare say a word knowing that the staff were working hard in the bays without a/c on a ninety degree summer day. Overall, a great experience.”
“Brian was customer friendly, and professional. He got me out of there quickly and the staff worked very efficiently. The place was quiet and not too crowded when I arrived. Making an appt ahead of time helped as well.

“Found myself with an unexpected flat tire after a class and was conveniently parked in the lot next to this Mavis. I walked over half an hour before closing and they were more than willing to help me solve the problem so I could get home. The gentleman found the source of the leak and fixed it in a very timely manner and never made me feel bad that it was the end of the day. They couldn't have been nicer and I highly recommend going to this center! Will be back for future needs.”

As they were installing the new tires it was discovered that the stem on my TPS sensor was damaged. They offered an amazing discount on the sensor and got me out the door in short order. I’m definitely one of the tougher customers when it comes to shopping for something as expensive as a car, and I originally had no intention of getting an Audi because of the price point. After visiting several dealerships and having terrible experiences with pushy, unprofessional salespeople, I called Allen — and he actually listened. He asked the right questions, understood my needs, and followed through.
I ended up paying slightly more than I planned, but still within my range, and the experience made it worth it. “Another spectacular experience at this chain that is run like a small-town mom and pop store. I was across the street (at Carvel!) and realized one of my break lights was out HALF AN HOUR BEFORE MAVIS' CLOSING TIME. I called to see if I could bring my car in. They weren't sure they'd be able to help but said I could come over. As soon as I pulled in, they took a look, opened the lamp, and changed the bulb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
