I cannot believe the way I was treated at this store. Today was a truly horrifying experience and I can’t believe I was accused of stealing customers from the owner of Shop of Hope, Anosca.Anosca, I realize we may have had miscommunications in the past. But please know my line of work involves clothing and feeding the homeless of Harlem, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic. It is so disappointing to hear you accuse me of stealing your most generous and wealthy clientele, when ALL I asked today of Brenda, your fellow client donating boots today, was if she would be willing to pass on some gently used clothes with ZERO resale value and toiletries for the women's shelters I was donating to this Christmas.It truly breaks my heart that after all the tips I’ve given you towards improving your business for free, that you think so lowly of me and assumed I was bribing with your client, Brenda, outside the store today. I can talk for ages about the line of work that I do and that it is never in my intention to steal your clientele and the beautiful things you sell in this store.You told me to never come back so I won’t. You also said you’d be calling the police if you ever see me again in the near future. Hopefully, time tells all, because everything I’ve written here this afternoon is the truth. I’ll provide pictures of the hats I was giving to NYC all of Sunday night to prove my work is based on non-profit and providing for the community in NYC that so direly needs it. It was nice doing business with you. I say this regretfully, But I don’t wish to pursue any future transactions at your store without an apology. Best of luck to you Anosca.

People at the front were nice, but it's overpriced. We got like 6 items of clothing and 2 pairs of sunglasses and it amounted to $74. At this point I would hardly call it a thrift store because the prices are no different from any other clothing store.

Hmm, very curated, not in the sense that they have super good brands but more like the prices follow the brand of the item so it's very hard to get a good deal. We ended up just getting one cashmere sweater and left behind a $29.99 Burberry Brit pants and $7.99 Ted Baker tied. Small store, but they fit a lot into it. Good organization, things were clean.

Great place to donate items...but take note that it is not a consignment shop. Only donations and $$ given to St. Judes.

I'm an avid thrifter & collector and stopped here on my way home from work! They are neat and organized...have a TON of clothes, crystal, trinkets, collectibles, etc. If you enjoy thrifting, 1000000% recommend. Owner is very nice too!

This is definitely my favorite thrift store! The owner is so nice and the prices are amazing. You can try the clothing on, which is a blessing since you never know how things fit you until you try it on. I bought these pants from here last summer and gained back 20 pounds since then and they still fit me :’) I love these pants sm, words cannot describe. In the second picture I’m wearing a blazer I got from here for literally $8. I went back today and bought 8 things, the most expensive item I bought was $8, the cheapest was $3. Definitely check this place out, it’s a hidden gem <3
