Exquisite selection, impeccable service! My experience at The Time Piece Collection was nothing short of exceptional. Jorge is a consummate professional. I was debating between a Glashute Original, which they carry, and a JLC (which they don’t carry). It was my first interaction with Jorge and The Time Piece Collection. As a watch enthusiast/collector, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge/passion around a broad range of watches. They have a nice selection of watches, and even though they were under renovation, you can tell the finished product was going to be beautiful. I ended up deciding on the JLC, and out of respect I called Jorge to thank him for his time and to let him know that I was not going to move forward with the GO. His response was classy, he said, “No worries. I always tell customers to go with the piece they like the most, so you are making the right choice. I’m here if you ever need anything in the future”. That is the epitome of a professional. I look forward to working with him on my next purchase, and the owner is lucky to have Jorge on his team.

My sister came here to get a gift, and I knew I had to come for a gift I bought. I had an incredible time looking at watches with my fiancé. Jorge is so knowledgeable and helpful. Patient and not pushy. We walked out with amazing purchase and it’s all thanks to Jorge. Definitely go here! The store is going through renos, and it’s nice!

I worked with Jorge. Very polite, patient, and informative. I had a great experience and highly recommend him. For full disclosure, I had to pass on the watches I was looking at only because I found a model I was more interested in at a different place that wasn't available here, otherwise I would have proceeded with buying from him. I can't recommend him enough and would be glad to do business with him again in the future.

Would avoid at all cost, the COO is rude very unprofessional & I’ve seen more and more folks report of his rude behavior , they behave like they own the street too, absolutely recommend avoiding this business.

I have to put in record how extremely satisfied with the service given by Jorge at The Timepiece collection .
I wanted to add a Parmigiani Fleurier to my collection .
I was contacted immediately by Jorge and he was very understandable and accommodation to my specific requirements .
I purchased the watch from him although I did have a very good offer from another company that I deal with because he was very professional and provided me with the answers to all the question I had about the watch .
Impeccable service when it came to shipping, the watch was shipped and delivered with less than 24 hours .
Excellent service , excellent Comapny to deal with .
