All I have to say is that if you are looking for quality and a huge variety of beautiful footwear for babies, toddlers and kids, you must come to this store! Made in Italy and the prices are extremely reasonable !! Customer service is top notch !!! Best shoe store I have been to for toddlers in bergen county !!

The shoes and prices are good but the customer service is not. I came with little kids (the store is for KIDS shoes!) and the person helping us was telling off my kids the entire time and telling me to watch my kids. They weren't doing anything unusual...they were being regular kids and he told them off and myself multiple times. Really not impressed. If you can't deal with kids then don't sell kids merchandise. I would buy from them online again but I would not want to come into the store again. Left me with a bad taste

I have taken my two year old son here many times. The owner is amazing! He knows how to fit children with the correct size shoes, which can be super challenging as a parent. Also, the quality of the shoes are amazing. They really stand up to a lot of wear and tare. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this children's shoe store. I don't like buying shoes online so I was so happy to find this store (even though its an hour from my house). It's important to me for my children to wear quality footwear that is healthy for the child. The selection is great and I always find the shoes my kids need, so it's worth the drive. The owner is great at helping me find the right size and style that I am looking for. He is professional, friendly, and great with kids.

Repeat customer online. Their site is easy to navigate, items arrive as ordered and on time. I love the quality of these shoes. They have stood up to the wear and tear of an 8 year old boy and still look great!

I was going crazy looking for black shoes for a recital; My daughter brought the wrong shoes, I was amazed by the selection and the hospitality. Definitely will be coming back, and hopefully with more time!

Despite current circumstances, I love that the staff wears masks inside and sanitizes daily. Makes me feel that they prioritize the health and safety of their customers. They have a wide variety of shoes in-store & I was so happy to hear they adapted to online shopping! The owner is extremely kind and attentive to our needs, my younger cousin loves going here.

Beware customers! Making purchases from their online store has nothing to do with the experience you would have in the brick and mortar store! I purchased a pair of sandals, which were sent to the wrong address. The shoes were returned to the seller, because the wrong address was an empty house. The seller refused to send another pair of shoes, as well as to refund me for my purchase. I have been back and forth emailing for almost two months. The seller claims that I put a wrong address when I made the purchase. However, I never even filled in address because I paid with Apple Pay which would not make authorization with the wrong address. Finally, it is sad that I have to yelp my review because guess what comments are not even an option on the website, I wonder why...
