As a avid fitness enthusiast (gym, running, and some sports) I was recommended to this studio by several colleagues , I attended Kerri’s class on a Friday and was completely amazed. It was a tone and sculpt class. She brings about tremendous energy and enthusiasm. Class was carefully constructed and organized, I felt challenged and comfortable the entire experience. Would recommend for any beginner, intermediates, or advanced. Place is meticulously clean and easily accessible.

The folks at this studio are very welcoming. I believe the owners are instructors as well, and have very sweet vibes--which is why I would come back. But then why is it that you always remember the not so great ones--which tend to burn into your brain? That would bet one senior instructor there who everyone ranted and raved about. Her class appears to be very popular. She is an expert in her field, for sure. But I could barely hear what she was saying--for that matter--understand it--the words were flowing pretty fast--and she seemed partial to the more experiened people. After class she just stared at me. Never said anything or welcomed me--and she knew I had never been in her class. At they end of the class, she passed out these lavender cooling towels, and I didn't get one. Sounds like I'm being a baby, and I am! Whaa! LOL. Nothing says "outsider" like when you are left out! This class says beginners, but there isn't any instruction for beginners. The only reason why I know some of the positions is because I took yoga years ago in college--and remember some of the terms--and what some of the correct postures were--not because this was mentioned in the class. The classes are a great workout, and I'm pretty good about mirroring the person in front of me when I can't hear/undertand with the heck the instructor is saying. In my opinion, the classes are going to be really beneficial for people who understand the yoga glossary of terms--and a decent experience for those who don't. I have not taken the tone Yoga class, but it sounds like something up my alley--so I will probably come back again. I would love a more basic class that explained postures and so on...but this is not a part of the schedule here.

I started my yoga practice for the very first time at Real Hot Yoga, in July of 2015. The studio, the staff, and the overall environment gave a sense of community. It is now 2024 and I am still a member. My membership allows me to go to any location. The studios are clean and the environment continues to be welcoming. The owners make sure there are social events so that we can feel a sense of belonging within the Real Hot Yoga community. If you are looking to network with professionals and like minded people,, center yourself, and better yourself in all areas of your life, please join Real Hot Yoga; you will be investing in yourself. Namaste ??

Brutally honest review. Best part of the experience was the hospitality. Very kind and welcoming staff. Aside from that, nothing to be desired. If you're looking for a deep stretch, look elsewhere. Very strenuous poses left me sorer than when I arrived. Post stretch meditation... obnoxious. I meditate frequently, and I had trouble zoning in due to absurd metaphors being drilled into my mind throughout the session. Overall, a waste of 15 bucks and my time.

I am Colombian and I was part of RHY in Englewood for a short stay, despite the language, I felt welcomed, understood and respected. It is a competent, demanding and above all human and loving work team with your soul, body and spirit.

I was looking for something challenging other that weight lifting. I've done yoga before but never hot cardio yoga. The instructors are amazing. In 1hr you get the yoga poses, cardio, balance, strength, meditation and you get to lose weight as you sweating and feel accomplished afyer all is done. I love it and will continue to do it.

Initially I thought it was going to be easy and not really a workout. On the other hand, I left realizing yoga is more than stretching it was hard and hot but the instructors really know how to explain each pose/workout.

Great community, excellent workouts are the baseline, lots of freedom to explore and challenge self, major quality of life improvement personally, & most importantly- quality music tastes on part of instructors.
