I have nothing to say about Quest diagnostics, other than it’s an excellent facility! The staff and the service are super professional and the facility super clean. I got my labs results within 24 hours. Also I’ve been a client for over 20 years.

It was my daughter’s first blood test, and the nurse was excellent. The procedure was very smooth.

What a disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics. There seems to be a complete lack of empathy for patients who are there for health care. It felt like the staff was indifferent, if not outright dismissive. Quest really needs to consider a significant overhaul in their staff training or customer service approach to prevent such negative experiences.

I came here with an appointment and was seen over an hour later. Not only that, but when I went to my doctor to get the results, they submitted THE WRONG ORDER. So I had to re-do the blood draw (but went to teaneck a much better location). They did refund the lab order to my insurance but it honestly was a waste of time. Especially that I made an appointment and wasn't seen on time.

Even with an appointment the wait is 20+ minutes — most locations do not take as long but this one seems do run very behind :(

Very nice! I was in and out, happened quick. Friendly, Clean and easy check-in. Building has a visitor parking, too ??

Very nice and helpful lady drawing my blood however the scheduling process needs to be improved. Don't schedule people for specific times if you are unable to take them on time. I came 10min prior to my appointment and I waited another 30 min after the scheduled time. We respect your time and you please respect our time. People are hurrying back to work and there is a reason why we need specific time for our appointments. Hire more people if needed to or space out the appointments - give us realistic time slots. The other employee was just walking around and chatting and it clearly didn't bother him that people are waiting there. If he was on a lunch break he should make it clear because to us it looked like he's just hanging there while the other person is working hard to help us.

Phlebotomist with contaminated gloves shoves a needle in to draw blood, then presses on that needle because it wasn't placed correctly for a good flow. It took 4-5 tries in different spots as he pulled and poked me over and over. Quest, get someone with skills! No one wants to be tortured in the hands of an inexperienced or incompetent person with a needle!!!
