Buyer beware! Fraudulent company that sends fake jewelry and will not give refunds. Purchased a charm for my mother that was supposed to be sterling silver dipped in gold. The box has been sitting on my dresser for 2 months. I opened it to take it to a jewelry store to have it put on her charm bracelet and it's completely rusted and tarnished and where the engraving was looks like someone scratched it. They won't return emails and they will not refund my money. I am reporting them today and processing a refund through my credit card company.

The customer service is unbeatable! I ordered charms online that I’ve dreamt about for a long time as a gift. They were engraved beautifully in honor of my firstborn son and wedding date. Cristina and Tracy worked with me for additional engraving and were very personable and went out of their way to make it a flawless, special experience. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed an order for a birthday gift with the understanding that it would be shipped in 3-4 days. The next day I’m told it is on back order with no estimated shipping date. Now it is my child’s 18th birthday today and I have nothing for her. I’ve called and emailed several times so I could cancel the order and replace it with something in stock. Zero response. Very very disappointing. DO NOT order from them if you are under any kind of deadline.

I bought a bracelet for my girlfriend online and they sent the wrong one. I ended up buying something else locally and returned the item back for a refund but they ended up sending the correct item back even though I requested a refund multiple times. After contacting them again they said they would send another return label but they haven’t set it yet. I’ve been waiting 6days for a return label.

I ordered a bracelet for my daughter, I still haven't received it and they never answer the phone to get this sorted out, I would either like to have the bracelet or my money back. I have not received any tracking number information or anything from them. Not sure this is a real company, I'm thinking they are just scamming people out of their money.

The only place I would ever go for pandora jewelry and other related popular brands, is all in one store!! Staff is amazing and it’s always comfortable shopping in there. Had to right a review because of the great experience!!

I placed an order with 2 day shipping on Friday February 9, 2024. I have not received any correspondence or tracking information. My order is stating pending on the website and I have sent an email and called multiple times as Valentine day is tomorrow and this is my engagement ring….update: my email was not updating. I spoke to someone who was very helpful and who updated me on my order. It’s actually back ordered and she even looked at alternatives for me. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. Prices are reasonable.Shipped wrong item, still haven’t received correct item. It took 5 days for a response from the initial request.
