“I had very positive experiences. Scott and the woman at the counter were great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We came for the passport appointment as a family of 3. We were 10 mins late as I had realized I needed to take copies of the documents. Scott was super accommodating and was so fast that it took about 30 mins to have all new passports done (ton of papers to attach and put in order!!!). I rare leave reviews but Scott definitely deserves some recognition!!! Copies of the documents were taken at USPS. I have successfully received my passport.”
“The lady who works in this office seems to me to be from Puerto Rico, not only does she do the work of 3 people, she also shows herself to be at her best giving good service, one day I had to buy a money order to pay for the electricity and She was so kind to me, she helped me fill it out, she works super fast, I urge the users of this office to be considerate of her ? at lunch time and really take her into account in their performance”

But the staff was able to help me make an appointment in another office that offers the service. “The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

“I love the staff like family and 5 stars aren't enough. I wish people would realize how difficult the year has been for the workers and appreciate their dedication to our community. From October through December they deal with an incredible number of packages. In January they are extremely busy shipping Holiday returns but... in 2020, the pandemic hit and online orders skyrocketed causing them to work at a holiday pace ALL YEAR LONG! Some patrons complain when they show up and the doors are closed but that's only when they are short staffed and the only workers use the time for the lunch break they are entitled to. There's always a sign letting you know what time the doors will open again. If you show up, share a smile and a word of encouragement. They're wonderful people with friendly personalities.”

Ali & Margie are courteous, helpful and friendly.the outside of the facility is embarrassing for the USPS, garbage, overgrown weeds, containers of rotten food left by the dregs of society on the stairs for 2 sometimes 3 weeks. does this facility not have a maintenance crew?”
“I lived in Cliffside for 13 years and I just walked by there one day never knowing the post office was there. If anyone knows the post office on Anderson Ave near pizza corner it is never open and if it is they are so rude. Is there a phone # for this place? Only the 800 #?

“Hard to believe I’m saying this about a government office, but this is by far the best post office in the area. The clerks are friendly, polite and helpful. Good hours and ample parking.
