Just had body work done on my car from a tree falling on it, I called Rodger the next day and he was great and took on the challenge of fixing the car. He did advise me that this repair is not going to be an easy job and that it’s gonna take a while. But every time I called and bugged him on when my car was gonna be done he was very helpful and understanding, explained everything and what the next step was on fixing the car. Him and his wonderful team did an outstanding job on the car it looks amazing like nothing ever happened to it. I really appreciate the work that was done especially putting the car back together definitely wasn’t an easy task. Thanks again!

Got rear ended and took my Rav4 to Roger.
He took great care to order Toyota genuine parts and when the work was done my car looked just as good as before the accident he even took care of small details like my blackout emblems and some tiny things I had in the back of the car. I'd highly recommend this repair shop.

Rodger and the rest of northern valley auto body did an amazing job repairing my Mini Cooper including repainting the racing stripes that were all beat up. My car looks new again, would highly recommend anyone here for service!

i agree with the negative reviews. i didnt know what a "panel gap" was till i had a fender repaired by them. also, someone at their shop simply glued my door lock cable but charged me for repairing it. I was referred to northern valley by autosport on west forest ave. i'd stay away from both - fools with tools as they say.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I had the trunk handle of my car break off from the cold and needed to have it fixed before leaving town next week for military training. Rodger was able to fit me in last minute and help repair it! I would 100% reccomend their shop if you need any work done.

Was in need of a repair shop after driver's side doors were backed into while parked on the street. Happened to drive by Rodger's shop by chance and very happy that I did. He's super friendly, explained the insurance process, gave me a ride to the rental car place, and even buffed the headlights as an extra freebie when all was said and done. And the doors came back looking better than new. Couldn't have been happier, would highly recommend!

The owner talks a good game but don't be taken in. They installed a front quarter panel that was too high and too far forward which caused panel gaps on my car. Someone at the shop also improperly secured my window and door opening mechanism which made opening the door difficult. They offered to re do the work but I didn't trust them as anyone that would do that to my car I felt would probably sabotage my car in a different way the next time I brought it in. I paid double instead to have another shop redo the work they did.

I was referred to northern valley auto body through a friend and was left extremely happy with the end results. I got into my first accident and wasn't sure about how to go through the process, but Roger walked me through it all. Besides their honestly and helpfulness, my car looks amazing!!
