I have been a returning customer of Mitchell's Auto Body of Englewood NJ, for 10+ years. I am never disappointed in they're work. Just recently they replaced my back door with trim, excellent work as usual. Steve, John and staff are always professional, pricing is fair, and work turnaround time, efficient. I recommend this Body shop ? percent. You won't be disappointed.

I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended. The company that was responsible for the repair suggested that I go to Mitchell's to get them to do the work as they are the best in the industry and this company uses them for their fleet.The staff at Mitchell's received me and took record of the damage explained possible delays in shipping due to strike at the time, and contacted me once it was time to come in. They had the resources to arrange a rental in the meantime as well.These days bumpers are electronic so they made sure that everything looked great and working properly before returning it to me looking like new (even cleaned my mats)They also returned to me a missing credit card (i probably dropped it when getting gas one day) which is a very vulnerable position to be in, but they made sure to hand it to me and there were no unauthorized charges on it as well.They were highly recommended to me and after my experience I would highly recommend them to anyone. Best experience ever. Did everything they said they would & even better. Their customer service was too notch. Everyone was friendly. I am very satisfied with my truck. You can see where I was hit & the new door, fender, rim, & new mirror they fixed ? HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

This place is all about service, above and beyond. I got my car fixed in less than the estimated time, and it looked brand new when I picked it up! The guy who runs the place, Steve, is the nicest guy you'll ever meet, and so are the rest of the people working there. Don't settle for less than the best, this place is great!

Chevy dealer recommended them to me for body work and they were super nice and responsive with insurance paperwork and phone calls. All personnel were extremely nice and there was none of that little girl treatment. John was Helpful with suggestions to expedite the insurance claim process. I'm also happy with how the car turned out. Oh and they ordered the parts before I even brought the car in. And my car was ready a day early. Wow!

My GM dealer recommended this shop. Their many good reviews also helped for me to trust this shop. My car is fixed like you can't tell it was damaged to begin with. I highly recommend this auto shop! I got in an accident and they were able to get me in right away, had fast shipping for parts, and were able to fix my car within a day (all front end damage). Amazing business! I was looking for a mechanic in Englewood and this business came highly recommended; I wasn't disappointed! The employees were unbelievable knowledgeable and kind, and pricing was extremely reasonable. They care about their customers, they were nice enough to help with other damage on the car that I wasn't expecting. Don't hesitate to bring your car here! I will be recommending them to everyone and will be back!
