While the staff were friendly and polite, I cannot recommend this place for repairs. I brought in my MacBook Pro, which had stopped working, and was told by the technician that the only solution was to replace the motherboard—resulting in the loss of all my data. Because I needed my data, they recommended a costly data recovery service, insisting that there was no way to repair the laptop without wiping it. I decided not to proceed with their repairs due to the high cost and opted to purchase a new computer instead. I did, however, pay for the data recovery.
Later, I visited a different repair shop next door, where they were able to fix my MacBook for less than half of iStore’s quoted price—and they managed to save all my data. Unfortunately, iStore did not offer any refund, despite having misled me into paying for unnecessary services. I feel like they pushed me toward a service I didn’t need, rather than exploring all repair options upfront.
Dishonest service, thus the 1 star review. Shop around before agreed to their services.

One of the most honest and helpful stores I have been to in a while they are straight up with everything and right to the point of the problem. Arnold is an expert apple technician and has years on years of experience highly recommend you talk to him for service!!

Arnold is an angel. My MacBook Pro mouse and keyboard was not working and he showed me how to work it to get by my big presentation. Lifesaver. Highly recommend!!!

My iphone wasn't charging. I went in expecting at least a charge for diagnosis. Jade brought it to the back and Arnold cleaned it. For Free!! Very honest and helpful.

Wonderful service, Camilo and Raymond were very kind and helped me a lot with the information I needed. They resolved the problem I had and gave me great advice for better functioning of my equipment. Highly recommended.

I needed an upgrade to an old i-pad in order to make it functional. I paid a modest fee and left the device at the store. When I returned two days later a Tech (Arnold) had the ipad ready for the update. He did that and patiently showed me how to use the new system. The device now works better than I had expected. The repair was surprisingly fast and well worth the fee. I highly recommend this i-store.

Oh my goodness, I was feeling pretty low when I arrived at the store. However after the great customer service by Nick and the Technician skills of Camilo, restoration of happiness was restored. I prayed when I entered that a new phone wasn’t necessary and that my data would be in tact. Glory to God for these two gentlemen. Hats off to you! Thanks for having a nearby store for the area.

The istore in Englewood is my go too for all tech needs my phones charging port was dirty and I would have to plug and unplug it several times before it would charge they took care of me cleaned it out and back to new I highly recommend this store to anyone thanks IStore

When at 2am my plugged in IPhone 12 Pro (which already had a broken ear speaker) restarted itself and froze on the apple icon and overheated, not allowing me to reboot it nor shut it off, I thought my phone was gone or even worse hacked. So glad I made an appointment with the St. Moritz group.
When I came in, I was immediately reassured that this was likely fixable and was likely a software issue. I was quoted just $45 for a software wipe and reboot from iCloud. They found out later it was a hardware issue with the screen. The screen contains an ear speaker. They swapped it out and so far it works like new! Then I was told that Apple Care + fully covered the work! Cost me nothing and was fixed in just 3.5 hours! Kudos!
