“This Verizon Store has been a life saver for me. Reshma goes above and beyond to help her customers. I originally went to a Verizon store in Grand Central and the rep there completely screwed up my account. She signed me up for a bunch of addons on all my phone lines (Hulu and mobile hotspots) where each addon cost me $10 a month. I was about to cancel my Verizon service, but luckily I went to this Verizon store and Reshma helped solve all my problems. She worked with a Verizon rep on the phone for over an hour!! It really shows that she cares.”

“Everyone I just want to say that this store has truly changed since it underwent new management and staff. You go in and someone give you a warm greeting. When the new staff tends to you they break down all the deal we qualify for and everything. They hooked me up with a free Apple Watch by just adding the line and set everything up for me. He was very informative about what plans etc. would best meet my needs and I have to say that I am very happy with my spectrum services. Recently my grandmother shared with me that her cable service was too high, I asked her who she was with, and she said spectrum. “Demetrius made our shopping experience personalized, kind, and smooth! He should absolutely be given a raise!! The kindness and patience he showed my mother in law tonight was what every company should aspire to have every employee posses. The store itself was very clean and very conveniently located in the other staff that we encountered were very kind and friendly as well however… He was truly such a rockstar. I slipped him a note when we entered about how I wanted to add my mother-in-law to my phone plan and did not want her to know the price of anything as she has been going through an extremely difficult time and he went above and beyond the call of duty. “Malika, the Astound agent who helped me to enroll in the ACP program is OUTSTANDING! GIVE HER A BIG RAISE!! Thanks to her patience, knowledge, good humor and experience, I was finally able to enroll in the ACP program, the most miserable government program rigamaroll I've ever experienced. But due to Malika, who got the ACP rep on the phone with us, I finally got on the right track with ACP, thanks to Malika's guidance throughout. I was SO LUCKY to have gotten Malika as my agent when I phoned Astound. I'd been trying to enroll in the ACP program myself for months, but their instructions for enrollment procedure are hideously inadequate. Then there was the matter of the spelling of my surname, which contains a space -- De Maria. Computers don't recognize me if they don't use that space and I do, the cause of my THIRD REJECTION from ACP. After submitting yet another application to ACP (where I omitted that nuisance space on my application in order to match with my supporting document), ACP was finally able to match my application to my supporting document and confirm that, indeed, I am the same person. All this effort for a lousy $30 reduction on my internet bill. And all the verification statements I had to "swear to" on the phone with the ACP rep -- TEN TOTAL -- well, you'd think I was asking for a key to Fort Knox. The ACP rep was tremendously nice (she's probably sick of the endless ACP protocol), but Malika gets the GOLD STAR. I can't imagine any other Astound agent being so tremendously patient throughout this :45 minute phone call. Malika got it done for me. Give her a raise!”

“i was just here it was ok accept for the hello may i help you bit im not sure the meaning of such a question it leaves me breathless and confused i am holding a box to return it to you the box is from you i am on the returns line how can you help me do what just take the box and ask me to sign the reciepty as to which i never even read by the ways /what did i just sign? i have no clue ??? helping some one means giving them food or water the correct way to ask is are you applying for my job just kidding the corrected way is to say "are you here to drop off or to pick up?" or do you need a new phone plan / you work for spectrum so your not personally helping any individual /my point is that you need to label to sorts of help that you provide when you ask if oyu can help them such as "i am here to help you would you liek to sign up for cell phone service from spectrum" how can i help you is street lingo to ask some one if they are looking for a fight you kind of threw me off when you asked me this question”
